The air in Golden Star Academy seemed thicker than usual. Apart from it being the normal Monday and generally the worst day for the students, something else was in the atmosphere.
After what happened the previous Friday, the students began to wonder if Lalisa would actually show up at school.
Some thought she transferred schools or moved back to Thailand.
Others thought she committed suicide due to the heartbreak and humiliation.
There were those who also thought she hooked up with Taehyung and got together with him since that was what Jungkook said.
On one side of the hallway, two boys were casually leaning on the lockers, involved in a very serious conversation (at least the one wearing a Gucci watch)...about Teletubbies.
Taehyung was going on about how he found Lala attractive...until the noise in the hallway hushed down to whispers.
They both turned their attention towards where the attention of the students seemed to be drawn.

Lalisa tried her best not to strangle her best friend as she drove them to school (if she strangled her, she herself would also die since there would be no one to drive the car).
Jennie just had to insist on having coffee at a cafè 15 minutes away from her house, whereas her house was 10 minutes away from school.
Jennie turned to give Lalisa her gummy smile when they arrived at the school parking lot ten minutes before classes began whereas the latter just gave her death glares.
"You're lucky I love you.", Lalisa said.
"Who doesn't love me?", Lalisa rolled her eyes at Jennie as she got out of the car, her newly dyed blonde hair flowing in the light morning breeze.
"Are you ready?", Jennie asked, standing next to her after locking her car.
"For what? School? It's not really like I have a choice anyway but-"
"No. I meant, you're gonna see him again. Are you ready to face him?"
"Who?"
"You know."
"I know who?"
"Him."
"Him who?"
"Jeon Jungkook.", Jennie whisper yelled, getting tired of the hims and whos.
"Who's that?", any random stranger who was passing by would have genuinely believed that she didn't know who the said boy was from her facial expression.
"I knew I loved you for a reason.", Jennie grinned mischievously.
The two girls entered the building into the hallway and all eyes immediately fell on them, well, on Lalisa.
Both girls continued chatting, not minding the attention they were receiving.
"Where's Jisoo?", Lalisa asked, as if she was not the center of attention.
"Hmm, she might probably be in class.", Jennie replied, eyeing Lalisa warily as they were just about to pass by Jungkook and Taehyung.
Much to Taehyung and everyone else's surprise (especially Jungkook), Lalisa just smiled brightly at Taehyung as she passed by him as if nothing happened, completely ignoring Jungkook's presence.
This will be fun..., Jennie thought, a smirk playing on her lips.

If a tense atmosphere was needed for a movie, the A2 class would be the perfect setting.
Immediately Jennie entered the class, the whole class awaited Lalisa's entry but the said girl was not with her.
Jisoo looked at Jennie, mentally asking her where Lalisa was but Jennie said she was coming.
Lalisa on the other hand was speed walking to class in order to not be late. She had a last minute visit to the restroom and there were only about two minutes left before the bell rang.
With one more minute before the bell rang, Lalisa finally appeared at the door of her class.
All eyes immediately turned to her, but it didn't faze her in the least.
She proceeded to her seat, an unwavering smile on her face as she was relieved she got to class before the bell rang.
Jungkook smiled as Lalisa paid no attention to him with her usual greetings. He was content that he could finally have some peace.
Taehyung simply shook head as he saw the smile on his best friend's face. He surely didn't know what was coming to him.
