Lalisa just stared ahead of her.
The question thrown at her completely caught her off guard. She didn't know what to respond with.
It wasn't such a difficult question but given what has happened in the past month, it wasn't a very easy question to answer.
"Are you happy?", Bambam asked again.
Was she happy? Was she okay? Was she-?
"I...I don't know. I guess so."
"Are you sure?"
"Um..."
Her eyes unconsciously went across the basketball court where a pair of brown orbs were staring at her.
Bambam turns to her direction of sight.
Her observer's gaze hardens before he finally looks away.
"Lis, I know you know of his attempts of making it up to you. He's been coming to me and I don't want to look like the bad person if you actually want to give him a second chance. If you want to forgive him, I won't say anything. Its your decision. Just tell me."
"I...I don't know."
"Okay."
He grabbed her hand and dragged her across the basketball court where they along with their fellow classmates were having their PE class.
"You."
Jungkook gulped immediately Bambam appeared in front of him with Lalisa.
Everyone's attention was now drawn to the trio.
"Judgement day.", Jisoo whispered into Taehyung's ear.
"Bam-"
"Stop.", Jungkook was cut off by the Thai male's icy tone.
Everyone present was taken aback by his tone of voice. No one had ever heard or seen Bambam this cold or serious. It was their first time and hopefully their last.
"You claim you're sorry."
"I am sorry."
"Okay, what are you sorry for?"
"I'm sorry for hurting her. I shouldn't have said thise things that night. It was stupid, I was stupid. I deeply regret it. Lisa, please just give me another chance. I was drunk and I was upset and I was-"
"That's enough! You clearly doesn't know what you're sorry for."
"Wait, Lisa-"
"Jungkook stop, just stop. I get it you're sorry. I just wish you knew what you're sorry for."
"Li-"
"Okay everybody, line up!"
And just like that, with Coach Jung's whistle, the situation was brought to an end.
The students disperse to form their lines, leaving the issue forgotten.
Taehyung's patted his best friend's back twice, giving him a reassuring smile before joining the line.
Jungkook sighed.
'I'm sorry for not relying my feelings sooner...'
