"Barbie In A Fashion Fairytale?", Lalisa asked to confirm. A part of her was shocked that this was the movie Taehyung wanted them to see but a part of her was also not surprised.
This was Taehyung after all.
"I love the fashion styles and opening song.", Taehyung shrugged.
"Okay.", Lalisa sighed. "Barbie In A Fashion Fairytale it is."

An hour and a half later...
"A simple form, the perfect line
It's coming together in your mind..."
Lalisa eyed Taehyung from her peripheral vision as he sang his heart out, skipping like a child.
Eventually, she joined him.
"Change the colours, change the lines

A minute and a Shine, Shimmer and Gli~mmer later...
"See, I told you it would be fun.", Taehyung casually wrapped his arm around Lalisa's shoulders.
"Hmm, I guess. But I never knew you were a fan of Barbie.", Lalisa laughed.
"I'm not. I told you, I only like the fashion styles and the opening song.", Taehyung pouted.
"Okay okay, I believe you.", Lalisa chuckled.
"So, you and-"
"Ice cream! Let's go get some.", Lalisa exclaimed, cutting off Taehyung.
Taehyung knew she knew very well what he was about to say and that she just wanted to avoid the topic.
He would let it slide because that day was supposed to be about them.
And most importantly, who says no to ice cream?

Lalisa skipped along to her empty apartment (her parents had to return to Thailand although this time they departed on good note in order for their daughter not to hate them for another years).
Unfortunately, Taehyung couldn't send her home as she had sent him off to Jennie who kept texting her constantly, probably wondering why their date was taking so long, using a sleepover as an excuse.
Taehyung was reluctant to go, seeing as he found it improper to leave her be until she told him Jennie had found a couple Gucci jacket.
Jennie and Gucci. One was enough to make him leave but two? He'd probably fly.
"Enjoyed your date?"
Lalisa halted at the voice. She recovered her composure and proceeded to skip along, passing the boy by.
"Lisa...", he held her wrist gently yet firmly, holding her back. His voice sounded pained as he struggled to voice his words.
"Taehyung's a good guy. He'll make you happy."
"..."
"You might not believe this but I was actually jealous of Taehyung. How he just asked you and voiced out his thoughts and feelings, kinda like you. Except I ignored you when you reached out for me."
"..."
"I don't think I have the right to say I'm sorry but I'm still going to say it. I'm sorry. I'm really really sorry for how I treated you that night. I just wish you could forgive me although I think you won't and that's justified but a guy can only wish.", Jungkook chuckled dryly.
"..."
"I don't even know why I'm holding you up. I'm probably annoying you and-"
"Taehyung is your best friend, you should know how he behaves by now.", Lalisa freed herself from his grip before leaving him there alone with his thoughts.
What did she mean by 'I should know how he behaves by now'?...Jungkook wondered.
He quickly brought out his phone, calling Taehyung. Something must've happened.
He didn't expect to meet Lalisa considering he didn't know where she lived. He was wondering why Taehyung wasn't with her. Taehyung would never leave a girl alone to go home by herself if he was with her.
"Jungkook?"
"Tae, hello. Where are you?"
"Me? I'm with Jennie. Why?"
"Jennie? Why are you with Jennie? I thought you were dating Lisa."
"I was dating Lisa. We split up about half an hour ago."
"What?! W-what are you saying?"
"Yeah. We went to the movies and had ice cream. Then our date ended. I had an emergency with Jennie that's why I had to leave her but I promised to make it up to her."
"Date?"
'Yeah, a friendly date. We used to do that before when you guys weren't..."
"Friendly da...wait, so you guys aren't in like, a relationship?"
"What? Lalisa's like the cute, adorable sister I never had. Why would we be in a...relationship? Why are all of you acting so weird today?"
"Forget it. I'll talk to you later."
"But-"
Jungkook ended the call before Taehyung could finish speaking. He didn't know nor want to know how and when and where everything happened.
All he knew was that Lalisa was not dating Taehyung and that he still had a chance.
