Night time fell as well all came gathered back at the ship. It seemed not everyone was successful with digging up information, we all stumbled upon the same situation. The citizens were too scared to talk about what is really going on here.
Luckily we stumbled upon a girl called Jirin. Currently, she was sleeping in one of the rooms on the lower deck with her little brother Tobio. Starting from today they would be under our care. Yoongi told us she did provide him with some useful information. So we all held a meeting to share our intel.
It seemed the investigation at the market...went well as well.
''So? Who wants to go first?''
My eyes scanned the map for a moment that was laying on the dark oak table in front of us.
''I guess we were right about suspecting it to be a council of some sort.'' Yoongi began as he sat on one of the wine barrels.
''Consisting of 4 members,'' Dawran added.
''There is a Maiden going by the name of Laguna, a chief by the name of Leo.''
''And two Infernals.'' Once again Dawran interrupted sharing the same information he received from a fisherman at the market.
I noticed that most of us weren't surprised about this matter, but Yoongi looked unamused. He slowly turned to Dawran and we could all tell that the muscular tall build man tensed up at Yoongi his gaze.
''Are you going to let me talk? Or keep on finishing my sentences?'' Jungkook tried his best trying to hold in a goofy grin as Dawran nervously started to sweat on the spot.
''My apologies, chief.'' It was a funny thing the way Dawran and the other crew members addressed Yoongi. I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering what their history together is.
''So...As I was saying. Apparently, the maiden doesn't really get involved much, she is usually not seen and when she is, it's on the wealthy side of the village. The chief on the other hand is in charge of the factories. He comes by regularly to do check-ups, and if needed get rid of the ones that are a hindrance to his work.''
''Any information about the two Infernals?'' Minjae questioned.
''None that I got provided with. I'm suspecting that perhaps the two infernals are bonded to the chief and maiden, allowing them to do their dirty work, and keep the people in check.''
Surely, everyone, their heads started to turn to Dawran as Yoongi finished his story.
Perhaps the fisherman gave him more intel about the two infernals.
''Dawran....anything the fisherman told you that we didn't know yet?''
He sighed under his breath leaning himself against the creaking wall.
''The old man claims the Infernals are free spirits.''
''So....they are not bonded...'' Y/N muttered from beside me.
Can that be possible? Why would they do this out of their free will?
''But two Infernals? Doesn't seem like a tough job to me'' Dawran spoke making me nod.
