Teya

''The sun isn't even out yet? Weren't we to depart later on the day, why did you gather us all here?'' My throat ran dry as I called everyone over to gather in Yoongi his room. He is the first I had to tell this and he suggested we inform the others as quickly as possible.

''Is our little prince still sleeping?'' Jungkook yawned, and his comment alerted the others about who gathered here.

Yoongi and I exchanged looks and he folded his arms leaning himself in his chair. His eyes gave me the sign to start and explain, but how should I even explain all of this? His grace would send a letter to explain everything but it's been 2 hours already. What if something happened?

''This morning....before the first light I left the Inn heading towards the ship. I wanted to seek a chance to speak with Y/N, but when I reached the town's gates...I saw a figure leaving this place on a horse.''

''A figure?''  Minjae questioned releasing a sigh from within me. I'm usually the one that's always in the background, listening to others. Right now I was the source of intel and the pressure that came with it made me uncomfortable. I felt responsible...If I just had stopped the prince.

''It was Y/N.'' I spoke. The room fell into a gasping silence, visible questions were skimming around everyone.

''When she departed there was a figure sending her off. When I ran up to check who it was it appeared to be his grace. I asked him whether it was really Y/N that left and he confirmed it was. He told me she was leaving us.'' Jimin alarmed us all by abruptly rising from his seat.

''Where is his eminence?'' To this question, I lowered my head.

''Teya....where is Taehyung?''

''He left, shortly after Y/N he took a horse a went after her,'' I replied. This triggered Jimin into kicking the chair he sat on to the side.

''Damn it! And you just let him leave like that?!''

''He said he couldn't leave her side and that I had to tell you guys to wait for his instructions. He will send a letter.'' There was no use reacting to Jimin his hot-headed behavior so I decided to stay calm.

''Perhaps he is planning on bringing her back,'' Jungkook spoke and I wished I could agree on it, but if we truly know Y/N.....she won't change her mind when she is set on something. And our lord...the weakness he holds in his heart for her is far too big.

''You should have told us this sooner. Perhaps I would have been able to catch up to them and bring them back.'' Jimin sighed. As we locked eyes there was a huge sense of disappointment visible and darted toward me.

''I just did what he asked of me.''

''And where did that get us? He is out there alone roaming around with a bounty on his head!''

''Jimin that's enough! Getting heated over this isn't going to bring him back.'' Minjae pointed out however the hot air between Jimin and I remained the same.

I did my part....that is what matters.

''Treating him like he is some fragile caged bird is what's going to cause him to disappear one day. He is meant to fly.'' With that said I left the room with frustration coating my face.

Was I truly the only one who saw this? Our prince is a talented person...and a skillful person, but the people around him treat him like he can't even cook a meal on his own. They mean well, but I could sense the agitated feelings that lingered around him sometimes. He wishes to draw his sword and protect those around him, but they get mad when he does.
