Recap: "Not yet"

Carly shifted uncomfortably in her seat as the meeting went on. The assistants were allowed to sit beside their C.E.O's and Daniel was currently presenting, leaving Carly to take notes. Carly was supposed to, but the old, bald guy sitting across kept trailing his eyes down her body, his eyes resting on her chest making Carly uncomfortably for the umpteenth time.

Carly had no idea if Daniel had noticed, but she didn't say anything knowing that the old guy's company was a large one, not bigger than Daniel's, but it would really help if they signed the deal. "What do you think Mr.Bizno?" Daniel suddenly asked and the guy jerked to look at Daniel.

"Sorry Mr.Seavey but would you mind repeating? I didn't catch that" Mr.Bizno asked and Daniel rolled his eyes. "You would have if you hadn't been too busy staring at my P.A's chest. For your information, she's married" Daniel said, calling out the pedophile in front of everyone making Carly shoot Daniel a grateful look at him and the others to laugh.

"I think she can speak for herself Mr.Seavey . Plus why are you so bothered. It isn't like she's your wife" Mr.Bizno shrugged and Daniel narrowed his eyes. "Actually she is" He said and people's eyes widened.

"And I'm pretty sure she'll prefer me to you" Mr.Bizno said and Daniel walked up to him, and threw the files on the table and leaned over it. Mr.Bizno stood up, and yet Daniel towered over the tiny guy.

"We're here for business Mr.Bizno" Daniel spat and Mr.Bizno smirked. "We can sure do business about sharing her" Her smirked and Carly knew it was time to step in as Daniel clenched his jaw while his hands formed fists.

"Daniel its fine" Carly whispered, pulling him back. "I'm pretty sure I would treat her better. For one, she wouldn't be inferior to me and be the P.A" Mr.Bizno spat and Carly turned to him. "Sir please stop. I don't care what I do. And your just being pedophilic for I'm 21 and your over 60" Carly said and Mr.Bizno glared at her.

"We don't want this deal Mr.Bizno. We're fine and if anyone else wants to sign it with us, your welcome to schedule a meeting" Daniel said before pulling Carly out of the office. They walked out of the building, and when they reached their own office, Carly decided it was time to apologize.

"Hey, I'm sorry" She said once they got into Daniel's office. "Why are you sorry?" Daniel frowned as Carly stood at the door. "We lost that deal because of me and-" Carly began but Daniel walked to her and pulled her into a hug. "You should not be sorry just because your a girl and some creepy ass stared at you" Daniel whispered and Carly rested her head on his shoulder.

"Do- Do you wanna manage the company with me? Like co-own and not be my P.A or anything" Daniel asked, letting go of the hug and Carly's eyes widened. "Daniel what he said doesn't matter-" Carly began but Daniel shook his head.

"I've been thinking about it. P.A seems a bit too inferior" Daniel said and Carly smiled. "I would love to Daniel" She said and Daniel smiled. 'He probably feels bad for you' Katie snickered and Carly dug her fingers into her palm.

'I know that, stop stating the obvious' Carly told her, getting a laugh in response. 'Your so pathetic, its so funny' Katie spat. "Stop it" Carly said out loud and Daniel turned to her. "What?" He frowned, and Carly shook her head, eyes wide. 

"Nothing, really" She repeated the lines from that morning and Daniel's brows creased. "Your fine right?" Daniel asked her again. 'No you need to be taken to the mental hospital' Katie spat and Carly answered "Yeah" Though she wasn't sure to who.

The door slammed open and Carly froze when she saw Jake standing there. "Jake what are you doing here" Daniel growled but Jake's eyes stayed on Carly. "Hi doll. Enjoying today?" Jake asked her and Daniel sent her a confused look but Carly remained frozen at the cold look in Jake's eye.

"Not so brave now are you doll" Jake spat and Carly growled. "Fuck off Henderson. And maybe get out" Carly said, masking the sensitive girl. "Oh there we go. Bitchy you is back isn't it" Jake laughed and Carly's glare intensified.

"Your always bitchy Henderson. No difference, what do you want" Carly spat and Jake threw a contract at her. Carly laughed when she read it. "Difflin.Inc is already merged with Daniel's company. We were going to announce it tomorrow" Carly smirked and Jake's jaw clenched.

"What Henderson? Angry" Carly said, hatred radiating off her in waves and Daniel stood there, completely confused. "You have no idea what you have done bitch" Jake spat and Carly ripped the contract into pieces and threw it at his face.

"Oh I know everything I have done. And how your responsible for a lot of things but I'm over it Jake. I'm done with crying like a little girl. Your not trampling over me like I'm an ant. Not again your not" Carly spat, and Jake laughed.

"Girls are always trampled over. Why don't you ask Anna? He'll tell you how helpless she felt. Or maybe how helpless Daniel felt seeing his little sister like that" Jake said and Daniel's jaw clenched. "Do not drag Daniel into this. What running out of things to throw at me Henderson?" Carly said tauntingly and Jake curled his hands into fists.

"You whore, will learn your lesson. And I will be the one teaching it" Jake spat, walking out of the room, slamming the door shut behind him and the couple stared at the door. "How do you know him" Daniel asked but Carly didn't respond.

"Carly I asked how do you know him" Daniel yelled and Carly turned to him and walked forward, her eyes showing she was still angry. And then she did something that Daniel wasn't expecting.

She kissed him.
