41.Beautiful

Recap: "I'm ugly"

Daniel yawned as he woke up, light streaming in through the crack in the curtains. Carly had fell asleep in his arms last night, dried tears on her face. Daniel had gotten her into one of his tshirts, falling asleep next to her.

Carly's blond hair was sprawled out, her magnificent blue eyes hidden by her eyelids. She was exhaling in cute puffs and Daniel resisted the urge to kiss her hard. He slowly brushed her hair behind her ear, and Carly lightly shifted, cuddling further into him.

"morning" Carly mumbled, opening her eyes lightly and Daniel smiled. "Good morning love" Daniel said, pressing a kiss to her head. He very well knew he was completely whipped, he only hoped Carly was too.

He knew the chances were slim, and it might disappear if she found out what he did to so many people but he held himself back. He wanted to erase his past, and forget everything. He just wanted to hold Carly, or sleep forever. 

He didn't know which was better now, after his conversation with Anna last night, he only hoped everything didn't fall apart again. That nothing got repeated like last time. That history didn't repeat itself from 2 years ago.

He smiled down at her as she hid her face. "Don't look at me like that" Carly mumbled and Daniel rolled them over so he was on top. "Your beautiful and I have all rights to look at my wife" Daniel said as Carly blushed.

"I am not beautiful" Carly mumbled and Daniel narrowed his eyes. "Look at me" He said and Carly looked into his eyes. "Your beautiful" Daniel repeated and Carly blushed. "ok?" Daniel asked and Carly nodded.

"Words?" Daniel asked. "I'm beautiful" Carly said shyly and Daniel chuckled, leaning down and brushing his lips against hers in a soft kiss. "Mmm" Carly lightly moaned as Daniel's hands roamed her body, tracing her curves.

Daniel felt himself get turned on at Carly moaning and he knew he had to stop. Carly might not be ready, and he wasn't gonna stupidly force her or so. "I need a shower" Daniel whispered against her lips and Carly giggled lightly.

"Go shower stinky" Carly said, brushing her lips against his one last time as he got off her and walked to the washroom, Carly however not failing to notice the bulge in his sweatpants and she wondered if it was time she gave her virginity to Daniel.

"I don't know" Carly said aloud to no one and Daniel poked his head out of the bathroom. "Don't know what?" He frowned, her noticing him in a towel only, his v-line defined well. "Uh nothing" Carly blushed and Daniel raised his eyebrows, before closing the door.

'You almost got raped can you stop being a slut' Katie screeched in her mind and Carly winced. 'At least if I get raped in the future it wouldn't be my virginity Katie' Carly responded and Katie went silent.

"I'm boreddd" Carly whined and Daniel raised his eyebrows at her. It was evening currently and the couple were on the couch. They had decided to stay home that day, and Daniel had just finished replying to the mails, Carly taking absolutely no interest in it.

"What do you want to do?" Daniel asked his blonde wife, who thought before smiling. "Dancee" She squealed and Daniel laughed as she pulled him up, pressing shuffle play on one of her playlists.

"I'm tired" Daniel whined, stopping after a while and Carly pouted. He pulled her into a hug and she rested her head on his chest. Music was playing in the background softly, and Carly wondered if she should tell him that she liked him now. Well loved him.

"Daniel?" Carly asked softly, preparing herself in case he rejected her and he looked down at her questioningly as to why she sounded nervous. "Daniel I-" She began but was cut off by glass shattering loudly, and Daniel shoving her down onto the couch.

(Somewhere in L.A)

"I fucking missed" The guy cursed and Jake growled. "How the fuck did you miss" He growled as he heard running and panting. "A fucking bird Jake. I didn't mean to" He said and Jake clenched his jaw, shoving everything off his desk.

"Did he get hurt atleast?" Jake asked and the guy sighed. "No Jake" He said and Jake threw a vase down, watching it shatter, wishing it was Daniel instead. "Listen bitch, I can crush your company right now. Its suffering a loss already and your shitty friends don't know how well your helping me" Jake growled into the phone.

"Jake please listen" The guy pleaded and Jake glared at Diana sitting on the couch, not knowing where to take his anger out. "What" Jake spat into the phone. "Jake I'm sorry I didn't mean to. Please don't do anything to her" The guy pleaded and Jake laughed.

"I'll see brown hair" Jake growled and the guy sighed. "Just give me one more chance, I'll help you get Carly" He begged and Jake sighed. "One more" He growled and the guy sighed in relief. "Thank you Jake. Just please don't touch her" He begged and Jake smirked. 

"That depends on how well you help me out" Jake said and the guy nodded, even though Jake couldn't see him. "I swear I will" He said, Jake hanging up soon. "Your not escaping me Carly" Jake growled to himself.

"Not again your not"

"Daniel are you ok?" Carly asked, her eyes wide as Daniel rolled off her. "yeah I think so" He said, peeking to check if the person was going to shoot again. An hour later, Carly and Daniel found themselves grabbing clothes as per the police officer's instruction.

Daniel wrapped his arms around Carly as she dug her head into his neck, still in shock at the events that had taken place. The police agreed that the bullet missed Daniel by an inch or so and Carly didn't want to think what would have happened if it hadn't missed.

"We'll be fine"
