52.Fright

Recap: "her finger moved"

"How much did it move Mr.Seavey" The doctor asked and Daniel described everything, Carly smiling widely as she looked at Daniel, his face excited as he hoped his blond wife would wake up.

"Mr.Seavey this is a slight improvement, she's still in a coma. However, her body is showing signs to recovery from the coma" The doctor said and Daniel's smile lightly fell, but he was still smiling. 

"Thats good right?" Daniel asked, and the doctor nodded, smiling lightly. "Yes Mr.Seavey" He said and Daniel thanked him, before the doctor moved out the room to the next patient. "Your getting better, oh gods please wake up" Daniel whispered to her lightly.

He kissed her forehead lightly, before he got a call. "No I don't care about the company...My wifes in a coma, I am not working....Fine get the laptop here" Daniel said, before hanging up. Daniel sighed, rubbing his forehead and Carly felt bad.

She wished she could wake up, she wanted to hug Daniel, but she couldn't. And so she sat there, watching as a bodyguard came in and gave Daniel his laptop and he began working. Her husband would lightly rub her knuckles from time to time, or kiss her forehead.

Whatever it was, she always got the attention from him, atleast every ten minutes, making her smile lightly. Night time came by, and yet the boy wasn't asleep. The light illuminated his face, as Daniel typed away quickly.

Carly curled up, her forehead resting on the glass as she watched her husband work, wishing she could stop him from overworking and make him sleep. Daniel got a call, and he glanced at it, frowning before answering it.

Carly watched as he got angry, however keeping himself composed. Suddenly he began yelling and Carly's eyes widened in fright. The machines began beeping, and Daniel's eyes widened like saucers.

The doctors rushed in, this time however, the machines were going more crazy than before, and they had to kick Daniel out. Half an hour passed, and Daniel's friends had rushed over too, scared for their friend.

"Daniel its not your fault" Lily comforted him as the blond boy tried not to cry. "Yes it is, I scared her" Daniel choked out, a tear slipping and Lottie sighed, lightly hugging him. "You didn't Daniel, it might be something else" Someone else said but Daniel's eyes were too blurry to even recognize anyone.

"Family of Carly Seavey?" A doctor called and Daniel stood up, wiping his tears. "Shes fine, her heart rate quickened which actually improved her condition a bit as more blood was pumped faster, but shes ok. Its nothing serious, She may wake up soon too. The reason we took long was we were doing some tests" The doctor explained.

"C-Can I continue staying with her?" Daniel asked the doctor who smiled and nodded. "For the first ten minutes, one only, then everyone else can see her" The doctor advised before walking away. 

His friends pushed him to Carly's room, insisting he saw her while he begged them not to, scared he might do something wrong again. "You'll be fine dipshit, go" Racheal growled, shoving him in.

"Hi princess" Daniel whispered, sitting down carefully. "I'm so sorry that happened, I didn't mean to yell, I should have been more considerate" Daniel whispered, pushing her hair out of the way.

He pressed his lips to her forehead softly, then her cheek. "God its been so long, I wanna hear your voice baby, I wanna look at those eyes, I wanna kiss you slow, I wanna stay with up you and kiss you from the sunset to sunrise" Daniel spoke softly, his voice cracking as tears welled up.

"I wanna tell you I love you too, please wake up. I promise I won't even bother you after, just let me tell  you I love you" Daniel whispered, wiping his tears. "Daniel..." He heard someone say and turned to see his friends.

"Oh hey" He said, wiping his tears quickly. "Uhm are you ok bro?" Jonah asked concerned and Daniel nodded. "Y-Yea I'm good" Daniel said and the rest nodded unsure. "Um we got news, the police just called" Jack said and Daniel looked at him questioningly, his hands still woven with Carly's.

"They got Jake" Zach said and Daniel's eyes widened. "They got him?" He asked and everyone nodded. "Him and his whole gang. He's getting a death sentence cause of the drug trafficking and kidnapping a VIP's wife and all" Corbyn explained and Daniel nodded.

His eyes filled with tears, knowing what this meant. "Hey, this is good, why are you crying?" Someone asked but Daniel shook his head. "T-This isn't good" Daniel croaked out reaching over and grabbing a few papers that he had gotten along with the laptop.

"I was hoping Jake wouldn't get caught" Daniel whispered and everyone gasped. "W-What are you blabbering!" Tahani exclaimed, shocked. "Yeah what she said" Clementine said, eyes wide. "Because I love Carly a-and" Daniel choked out, eyes teary.

"We know you love her, but what exactly are you talking about" Corbyn asked cautiously. "The contract" Daniel breathed out. "Which contract? the one you both signed?" Jack asked and Daniel nodded.

"I yelled earlier because of a call right? It's because I have to sign these" Daniel said, gesturing to the papers as he grabbed a pen. "Daniel...What are they" Jonah asked, hesitation in his voice and Daniel sighed, signing them, wiping his tears as he placed them safely before answering his friends.

"Divorce papers"

Hello, its been ages, I know, and I am so so sorry, I kinda lost the motivation to write, but hey I got it back now!

So yes, Daniel has signed them divorce papers, ehe I'm mean 😗(why is in the next chapter)

But uh yeah, Darly be cute tho. I may update again tomorrow-ish?
