11.Stop

Recap: And then, they heard her scream

Tahani's scream was followed by hard and fast knocks on the door, and Tahani scrambled back and grabbed her phone, tears threatening to fall down from her eyes. "There's someone knocking and his face is hidden by a mask and its freaking me out. I'm scared" Tahani sobbed, walking backwards and mistakely knocking over a vase.

  "Tahani!" Racheal screamed and Carly stood up. She noticed the other girls had also began to move, seeing Tahani, a girl who usually never cried, in a state of tears shocking them.  "Love call the police. We're getting there" Lottie instructed her and Carly begged Daniel to give her the keys or atleast drive her to Tahani and Zach's apartment

Daniel and Carly got to the car, the latter punching in the address to the apartment. Carly was the only one who stayed on the phone with Tahani, the rest trying to reach the probably drunk boys. "Carly I'm scared" Tahani sobbed and Carly's eyes watered for her friend.

"Honey, I know its scary. Remember how I was a few years back? Deep breaths sweetheart. We're getting there" Carly spoke calmly. "Will you go faster?" She snapped at Daniel who replied with "I'm going at 80. If I speed up, we can fucking go to heaven" 

"Sorry, I'm just stressed" Carly spoke, the thudding on the door getting louder. "Its fine" Daniel mumbled and Carly looked at the crying girl. "I think he's going to break the door down" Tahani sobbed, covering her mouth and Carly instructed her to hide in the closet, which Tahani followed.

Daniel parked the car at the apartment, and Carly sprinted out, Daniel following her. "He's with me James" she told the security guard, who nodded as Carly ran by. She saw Lily and Clementine waiting for the lift to open and they ran in, Tahani's image on the phone showed her mouth being covered as she stifled sobs. Suddenly, Carly's phone showed that the call had ended and Carly realised Tahani's phone must have died.

Carly smacked the button so hard repeatedly and Daniel grabbed her hand, pulling her back. "Breaking the lift buttons gonna make us sprint up 40 floors. Do you want that?" he asked and Carly shook her head. Despite the situation, Lily and Racheal stared in awe at the guy (man😜, cuz uk man band? No? I'll leave.....) who managed to stop their stubborn best friend without raising his voice.

The elevator let out a ding sound and the girls rushed to Tahani's broken wooden door, a black abandoned scarf at the bottom. The elevator emitted another sound as they were about to step in and Lottie and Racheal rushed in, both having phones pressed to their ears. Racheal was yelling at Jack on the phone while Lottie had Zach pulled up.

"What happened?" Clementine asked. "They boys are 5 minutes away. Zach was saying something about threats and crap. Lottie can't fucking reach Eben" Racheal said and Carly nodded, realising Racheal swore meaning she was mad. Walking towards the closet Carly said, "Sweetheart its me. Could you open the door for me?" She spoke and Tahani slowly opened the closet door, flinging herself into Carly's arms upon the sight of her.

10 minutes later, Lottie and Clementine were whipping up a quick snack while Tahani sat on the couch with the rest comforting her. Daniel was on the phone with the security guard. Zach ran in, along with the rest of the boys except Eben. "Tahani! Baby" He sobbed, tears evident as he hugged her and Tahani buried her head in his neck.

Carly, however grabbed him by the collar and dragged him back. "Explain. NOW" She yelled and Zach whimpered. "I got these letters since a few days back. And it was pictures of Tahani and the writing was like 'She's beautiful' and 'watch out. She's not safe' and crap. I thought someone was pranking me. I even showed them to Eben and he thought the same thing. I swear I didn't expect this." And like weird synchrony, Eben ran in.

"What happened?!?!" He gasped and Lottie walked over to fill him in and lecture him for not answering his phone. "YOU FUCKING KNEW AND YOU LEFT HER. YOU LITTLE-" Carly screamed, walking towards her whimpering best friend on the floor, but Daniel grabbed her and pulled her back.

"Carly yelling at him's gonna do nothing" Daniel spoke softly but she pushed him away. "You don't know shit so shut the fuck up. ZACHARY I-" Carly began yelling at Zach again and Daniel pulled her back, however spun her around so she was facing him. "Carly I said Stop screaming" Daniel said, raising his voice a little bit and Carly rolled her eyes.

"Just because your rings on my finger doesn't mean you own me. Let me go" Carly pulled her hand away from Daniel and turned to Zach who was all alone on the floor, the others knowing when Carly yelled, it was bad. And when they meant bad, they meant BAD. Carly opened her mouth, managing to get a few words out before Daniel pulled her back for the third time.

"DANIEL I SAID-" Carly yelled but was silenced. And everyone's jaw dropped at what Daniel did. Everyone's eyes widened and Lottie and Eben even stopped their mini argument to stare at the newly engaged 'couple' with surprise and shock.

For Daniel had kissed Carly.

Hehe...That was probably the weirdest ending to the thrilling part in the beginning. I wasn't gonna update today but ya'll have a way of haunting me in my sleep soooo 😝

Any of ya'll thought he hit her? I was actually going to write it as:-

But any thoughts? Anyone expected that to happen to Tahani? Why do you think Carly was so riled up?     I would love for you guys to comment your theories and suspicions <3

fun(ny) fact: I wrote Alexa for like half of the chapter before I proof read and realised what happened I- 😶
