(Mackenzie's POV)

Darry ran through the door and the doctor told me to start pushing. I pushed and pushed. This was by far the worst pain I think I could ever experience.

I was so weak. I squeezed Darry's hand and started to cry. I looked over to him and laid back a little. I shook my head. I can't do it. I'm not strong enough.

Darry leaned in close patted my head and looked me in the eyes. "Sunshine, one more push. You can do it love. One more push for a lifetime of happiness. One more push to see our beautiful little girl. One more push." He said.

That's all I needed. I pushed again and again until the pain stopped and I heard a small cry. I collapsed back into the bed and Darry kissed me a few times. "You did amazing Sunshine." He said and kissed my cheek.

I sighed out and they showed me my baby girl. I scooted a little over and pulled Darry to sit next to me. He wrapped his arm around me.

"What should we name her?" He asked. The nurse brought her over and I held her in my arms. I looked down at her.
"Emily Rose Curtis." I said. I looked up at him and he smiled huge.
"It's perfect sunshine." He said and kissed my head again. Then he bent down and kissed Emily too.

I started to get sleepy and the recommended that I sleep. I fell asleep with the baby in my arms.

(Darrel's POV)

I looked down at Mack who was asleep holding Emily. I picked up my baby girl and looked at her. She was beautiful just like Mack. She opened her eyes and looked at me. Blue and icy like mine.

I kissed her head and she reached up with her hand and grabbed my finger. I laughed lightly and started to cry.

"Mr. Curtis, can we get you a check up now? While Mrs. Curtis is asleep." A nurse asked and I nodded. I passed her Emily and stood up.

All of a sudden I didn't feel good. I started to walk when everything went black and I felt two arms grab me.

(Mackenzie's POV)

I woke up from my nap and looked around. There was a nurse in the room.
"Excuse me?" I asked.
"Yes Mrs.Curtis?" She smiled nicer than most people here.
"Could I see Emily?" I asked.
"Of course, I'll go get her. Are you hungry?" She asked.
"Oh yes, thank you." I said. She nodded and left the room.

Once she returned she held my little baby in her arms. I took Emily and held her close.
"Hi baby." I whispered. She started to cry, the nurse taught me how to breast feed. At first it was weird but I got used to it.

"I'm sorry, but where's Darrel?" I asked. She looked down nervously.
"I'm sorry mrs...." she said. I started to cry already.
"What happened to him?" I asked more angry and sad.
"Mrs. He's in a coma. He got into a car crash on the way here. He might wake up soon but we aren't sure." She said and my heart dropped. I held Emily closer and kissed her head.

"Ma'am, there are three boys here. Would you like to see them?" She asked. I nodded while Pony, Soda, and Steve came in while Pony had Nolan.

"Nolan! Baby, do you want to meet your sister?" I asked and he nodded. Pony sat him down next me me while I held Emily.

"Did you hear Mack?" Soda said. I looked up and saw more clearly that they all had been crying.
"Yeah, I did." I whispered and started to cry too.
