On Ahch-To Island, Rey was still holding out the lightsaber to the Jedi Master, Luke Skywalker. She stepped forward, still holding it up, and handed it to him. Luke slowly took it and looked at it. He then looked up at the four in front of him.

Rey, Finn, Alinah, and Padmé all smiled at him, hoping that he would do what was right. Instead, Luke pressed his lips together and threw the lightsaber over his shoulder. Then he walked past them as they gave him confused looks. They looked back at where he just stood and then at each other.

"Was he like this before?" Alinah asked Finn.

Finn shook his head. "No he wasn't," he said. "But I think I know why he's upset."

"Well, we're not giving up now," Rey said. "Master Skywalker!"

The four followed Luke down the mountain and ended up by the huts. They turned and saw a door closing, so they knew Luke was in there. They walked up to it and Rey knocked on the door with her staff.

"Master Skywalker?" Rey called out. "We're with the Resistance. Your sister, Leia, sent us and you know Finn. We need your help!"

There was no response on the other side. "Hello?" Rey called out again.

Padmé sighed. "I'll go get Chewie," she said before walking away to the Falcon.

Alinah turned around when she heard a noise. She saw two creatures standing by the lightsaber that Luke had tossed. The creatures saw her and flew away, chirping as they did so. Alinah reached down and picked up the lightsaber, attaching it to her belt.

The blonde then looked down into the water, seeing an older model of an X-Wing down there. She furrowed her eyebrows at it, realizing that Luke never wanted to leave. But for some reason, it seemed familiar. She figured it was because of the X-Wings back at the Resistance. A piece of the wing was even missing. Alinah looked over at the door of the hut Luke was in and realized it was the part of the X-Wing.

Convincing Luke Skywalker to leave would not be so easy.

...

Inside the hut, Luke had changed into darker clothes and folded his light robes away. He looked around at the stuff in his hut, which were many knick knacks he had discovered overtime. He looked over at one of them, which was a Sith Kyber Crystal attached to a string. He picked it up and put it on around his neck, covering it up underneath his clothes.

Just then, there was another bang on the door to his hut. "Go away!" Luke called out, not wanting to talk to the Resistance members that found him.

The door then broke off the hinges and was sent flying across the room. Luke jumped back and looked at who it was. It was Chewbacca, who was roaring loudly at him.

"Chewie? What are you doing here?" Luke asked.

"He says you're coming with us, Uncle," Padmé told him.

"How did you find me?" Luke asked them.

"Finn told us how," Rey explained. "You have to come back with us. We'll explain everything on the Falcon."

"The Falcon?" Luke questioned. Then his eyes widened when he realized someone was missing. Padmé and Chewie knew exactly what he was worried about. Chewie made a quiet moan and Padmé felt tears in her eyes. That only made Luke even more scared to hear the answer.

"Where's Han?"

...

Kylo Ren stepped out of the elevator and entered Snoke's throne room. He bit his lip underneath his mask, knowing exactly what was going to happen. He saw that Hux was also in the room, surprisingly not getting yelled at by Snoke. It would be the opposite for him due to what happened on Starkiller.
