"Wala. Kumain ka na." Sagot ko kay Hadex.
Yes sure he was courting me. Pero ang alam ko kasi, nagtatanong yung lalaki sa babae but in our case, hindi nagtatanong si Hadex.
"Hazi, I don't want to pressure you. You're still figuring it out. Ayokong madaliin ka." He explained.
"I know." Sagot ko.
I can sense that he's sparing me some time to think and figure it out. Pero ako, naiinip na ako. I want to know how it feels.
"Hazi naman eh. I don't want to force you to things you don't want to do."
"Oo na Hadex." I sighed. Ewan ko kung bakit nadidisappoint ako.
"So, anong gagawin natin sa isang linggong pahinga?" I changed the topic habang kumakain kami.
"Out of town?" He asked.
"I hate boarding ships and planes Hadex." I looked flatly at him.
Kaya nga pipilitin pa ako nila ni Zyk para makasama kapag gusto nilang lumuwas sa Cagayan de Oro para lang mag bar.
"Stay at home?" He suggested again.
"Maganda yan. Maglaba tayo."
"Pwedi rin. How about we race?" Ungot niya.
"Cross country?" I asked. We usually do this with my cousins yun nga lang sasakyan ginagamit namin hindi motor.
"Yep."
"I like that idea. Tapos maligo tayo sa Tuasan Falls." I suggested. Malamig kasi ang tubig sa Tuasan tapos pagkababa mo galing mag cross country, ito agad ang bubungad sayo sa Catarman.
Napatango-tango siya sa sinabi ko. "Horse back riding din tayo." Dagdag niya.
"Sure! Tapos star gazing sa Nightscape. Malapit lang dito sa bahay."
"Ayaw mong maligo ng dagat?" He asked.
"White Island or Mantigue nalang tayo kung dagat ang pag-uusapan. We can use our family yatch or mag motor boat tayo."
"We'll use my yatch."
Napamangha ako sa sinabi niya. Sana all may yatch. Ako kasi hanggang pangarap lang makabili ng yatch eh. Ang mahal mahal kasi hindi kasya sa ipon ko. Pero isang araw, makakabili rin ako ng yatch saka sariling chopper. Pangako yan.
"Wow sana all ang yaman natin ah!"
"Uh, I bought it because of you." He smiled at me.
"Hala bakit dahil sakin?"
"Because I love you."
Oh my. Parang nag back flip yata ang puso ko sa sinabi niya. Ito ba ang sinasabi nilang kilig?
"Talaga? Yun ang rason? That's uh, shallow—"
"Nothing is shallow when it comes to you Hazi." He said sounding serious with no hints of humor.
The air was serious and I was like stucked there dumbfounded of what to answer him. When I pulled myself together, nagsalita ulit ako.
"Gusto ko talagang magkaroon ng sariling chopper." I blurted and pouted infront of him.
It was my dream. My cousins already have theirs including Azu. Busy kasi ako sa pag-iipon para sa Zenvo ko eh.
He chuckled. "I have two choppers. I'll give you one. Just marry me." He bartered.
"No, gusto ko pinaghirapan at pinag-iponan ko. I want to buy things from my own earnings."
"And that makes you amazing Hazi."
