Sandwich [ Wong Yukhei ]

Nine.

I woke up with someone knocking at my door. "Who is it?" I asked, groaning. "Catie, Yukhei's here to pick you up." I checked my clock, and its already 7:50. I got out of bed ad went to the door. As soon as I opened the door, Yukhei was standing behind Anders. 

"You just got up?" He said while looking at me.

 I was still in my pajamas, wearing a oversized shirt. "Yea, I'm sorry overslept," I replied. 

"Do you want me to bring you some coffee?" Anders asked me. 

"That would be great, Anders. Thank you." Anders left and went to the kitchen to get me some coffee. 

"Is that a man's shirt?" Yukhei asked, as he entered my room. 

"I guess so?" I replied. 

"Why are you wearing another man's shirt? Are you hiding someone?" He asked. I was trying my best not to laugh. 

"What's so funny? Catalina?" he asked, sort of pissed. "Yukhei, all of my sleepwear are oversized shirts. I often grab them from the men's section at Zara." I said while chuckling. 

He hugged me and said, "Well, if you ever need more, you could always wear mine," I just chuckled at what he said.

 "As you wish, sire," I replied. "Now, let me shower for a bit. Give me fifteen," I said. "Okay, I'll wait here." He said and sat down on my bed. Before entering my bathroom, I took some clothes with me so that I could get dressed inside. 

I'm planning on wearing a black tube top with ripped jeans and my white Gucci belt. I got inside the shower and cleansed myself. I washed my face, did my skincare and brushed my teeth. I got dressed and got out of my restroom. 

When I got out, Yukhei was staring at me. "What?" I asked, as I was walking to my shoe closet to get my sneakers. 

"Nothing, I just haven't seen you wear something like that," he remarked. He was probably shocked with my outfit, since I'm that type of girl who wears blouses and dresses.

 Today is an exception since I'm going to the zoo, and I'm not wearing a blouse or dress there. I grabbed my sneakers and put them on. 

I also wore my Rolex, a Cartier bangle and my engagement ring. "Are you done?" He asked. "Yep, let's go." 

I said and walked towards the door. Yukhei also stood up from my bed and went outside my room. Anders gave me my coffee and I decided to have it in the car. The car ride was silent. Yukhei was awfully quiet and I just didn't know what to do.

 "Hey, are you alright?" I asked him. He looks uneasy. 

"Yep, I'm good. I just have some things on my head." He replied. 

We just drove for a good thirty minutes and we finally arrived at the zoo. Some media was there, but we really didn't mind them taking pictures of us.

 We entered the employees only area and we were greeted by Yukhei's supervisor, Liam. "Yukhei! It's been a while." He said. "Yes, uncle. I haven't visited in a while," Yukhei replied. "And who is this lovely lady?" He asked, looking at me. 

He seems to be a very caring person. "Oh, this is my fiancé, Catalina. Cat, this is Uncle Liam, he's been working here since 1992." Yukhei said. 

"Oh hi, It's very nice to meet you, Uncle." I said as I shook his hand. 

"The pleasure is mine, dear." He replied.

 "Now, should we get changed and start with the tigers?" Yukhei said I was uneasy because I really have no experience with big cats.
