I woke up with Yukhei hugging me tightly. "Hey, I need to get up," I said, lightly tapping his arm. "Just a few minutes please," He replied. I just chuckled. 

"You have work, remember," I replied. He groaned in response and took his arms off of me. "Right, the board meeting," He said as he slowly got up from the bed. I stood up and opened the curtains, letting the natural light enter our room. "

Are we going out today after your meeting?" I asked, looking at the view. 

"No, you're supposed to rest baby," He replied. "

No, I'm not gonna spend my day here. I want to go around," I said. He sighed and walked towards me. I felt his presence behind me. 

"Bubs, you heard the doctor," He said. 

"I know, but I'll be careful, I promise," I said. He just sighed. "Alright, let's go together after I finish working," He said, and kissed me on the cheek. He then proceeded to the bathroom to shower. 

I checked on my phone and noticed that I have a missed call from my cousin, Fallon. I gave her a callback. 

"Hi jie," She greeted. "Hey, Fal, it's been quite a while," I replied. "I know, I haven't seen you in forever. When are you heading back home?" She asked. 

"I'll be there by Sunday, Fal," I replied. "Oh cool, do you mind having dinner with me? I'd like to introduce you to my boyfriend," She said.

 Fallon has always been the little sister I never had, and I feel honored that she wants to introduce me to her boyfriend. 

"Sure, Fal. Can I bring Yukhei along?" I asked and I heard her gasp. "Wait what? You got back together?!" She asked, obviously confused. "It's a long story, but I promise to tell you once I get home,"

 I said and chuckled. "Babe?" I heard a familiar voice. "Oh jie, I have to go now, my boyfriend's here. Say hi to Luna for me!" She said. 

"Yeah sure, take care, I'll see you soon," I replied and ended the call.

Yukhei finally came out of the bathroom, dressed. He was missing his necktie. 

"Cat," I heard him call me. 

"What is it, bubs?" I replied. "Necktie, please." He said shyly. 

"Seriously, Xuxi? You still can't do your ties?" I said, trying to hold my laughter. "I make bad ones, love. I need to look good today," He said. 

"Okay fine," I said and took the tie from his hands. "Oh, it's the-" "Yeah, it's the tie you got me for my first day. It's my lucky charm you know," He replied. 

"Well, I'm glad to hear that," I wrapped the tie around him, and he placed his hands on my waist, "Xuxi, that tickles," I said. 

"This feels surreal you know," He said. I just focused on doing his tie since I didn't know how to respond. 

The blush on my cheeks was evident when I finished doing his tie. "There, you're good to go," I said, as I straightened the sides of his polo. 

"You're cute when you're blushing," He kissed my nose, then proceeded to kiss my lips.

 I felt his grip on my waist again, pulling me closer as he deepened the kiss. It was getting heated until I pulled away. 

"Bubs, breakfast," I said. His hands were still on my back, holding me. "Right," He just chuckled, and let go of me. 

"I'll go get Luna first," I said and left the room.

"Hi baby you awake?" I said as I entered Luna's room. "Good morning, mommy," she said. "Come, let's eat? Daddy has to leave early today," I said, patting her thigh.

 "Mhmm," she said as she stretched her arms out. I carried her in my arms and fixed her messy hair a bit. We went down the stairs and I saw him pouring some coffee.

 "Good morning, daddy," Luna said. "Hey princess, how was your sleep?" He replied, walking towards us. "It was great, Daddy," 

"That's good to hear my love," He replied. I put Luna down on her seat and sat on mine. "You want coffee bub?" He asked me. 

"Yes please, but please put-" "3 spoons of creamer and 1 and a half spoon of sugar," He replied. Wow, he still remembers. 

"Yes, please. Thank you," I said. He stood up and got the coffee. Breakfast went by, and it was finally time for Yukhei to leave. 

"Hey, I'll get going now," I heard him say, as he put his suit jacket on. "Luna, your dad's leaving," I said and Luna came beside me. I carried her in my arms.

 Yukhei kissed me on the cheek and gave Luna a kiss on the forehead. "Bye, I love you both. I'll see you later," He said and left.
