After talking to my dad I called Silver and my friends were able to come get me from the island a little while later.

I explained what happened to me after I fell into the tower once we got back to the Pokémon Center and regrouped with everyone.

Fortunately, Suicune had completely healed me and even fixed up my clothes. The only thing I was missing now was my hat.

Everyone was ecstatic that I was alive and well. They had been searching the rubble all night trying to find any trace of me. Eusine, Jess, and Bill all met us at the Pokémon Center.

"So what happened to you guys after the tower fell apart?" I asked.

It was late at night but it seemed like nobody had gotten any sleep. "Well," Bill started. "Once you and Raikou vanished the Team Rocket guys ran towards Mahogany Town. We didn't pursue them because we were more worried about you."

I sat up. "Mahogany Town? That's where Silver and I are going next!"

"Maybe we can catch them there if we hurry over in the morning." Silver said, suppressing a yawn.

"I get the feeling Suicune may still show up tonight." Eusine hypothesized. "If so, we have to be extra alert if they hang around to ambush another Legendary Beast."

Lillie walked into the Pokémon Center and handed me my bag. "We made sure all your Pokémon were safe and inside." She informed me.

I put my Poké Balls back onto my belt. "Oh yeah! Eevee evolved into Espeon!"

Jess nodded. "She was pretty great too! The Kimono Girls were all impressed by how strong she was."

"Back to the subject at hand," Eusine said. "What do those goons want with the Legendary Beasts?"

Bill shrugged. "No clue. Seems like the entire organization is a mess. Blue, Daisy, Red, and I have been keeping track of their antics ever since they resurfaced and mostly it seems like they're just trying weak attempts at taking over towns and stealing Pokémon. With so many of their bosses and members in jail, it's probably all a mess."

"I'm pretty sure there were some important members of Team Rocket at that attack." I recalled "Like the one with the Nidoking. If we can catch them in Mahogany Town maybe we could stop them completely?"

Bill considered the idea. "If you hurried, you might be able to catch them there. I'll let Red know, to be safe."

I turned to Silver. "Alright. We'll have to leave early, so we only have time for a little bit of sleep."

"Fine by me. I want to stop these guys before they hurt anyone again." Silver responded. With the plan settled, everyone wanted to get to sleep as soon as possible. It had been a long night for all of us.

Silver and I didn't talk much while we got ready for bed and immediately passed out once we touched our mattresses.

The room's alarm jolted me awake a few hours later and I felt an indescribable amount of dread and exhaustion wash over my body.

I looked over at my best friend and could tell he felt the same. Still, we pushed ourselves to wake up and get ready.

We didn't waste much time getting prepared and hurried out of the Pokémon Center. We were at the town's east exit.

We hurried along the side of the lake on Route 42 towards our target. It was still early and we didn't have much time to waste.

The weather was better than yesterday but still not great. I was glad my clothes were repaired because it was only going to get colder the further east we went.
