Chapter 20: Rest

Ayce's Pov

Today is the day we can rest and enjoy with our lived ones. It's my first time here on the WAFE society.

It's beautiful in here. Earthaine and Princess Aqua are here too. Pero hindi ko alam kung saan sila nakatira dito.
While Lhey,Gravin and Jillian are on what we call The Coast Society. And as Draven I don't know where he is right now, maybe on the school or what.

Natatakot ako sa posibleng mangyari bukas. Hindi ko alam kung makakabalik pa nga ba kami matapos ang kompetisyong iyon. Walang nakakasigurado sa amin kaya heto kami ngayon.

Sinusulit ang araw na kasama ang aming pamilya at mga mahal sa buhay kasi hindi namin alam kung aming mangyayari sa amin kinabukasan.

Heto kami ng pamilya ko, ginagawa ang nakagawian namin. Masayang nagluluto, kumakain at nagbo-bonding..
Panay ang tawanan at kulitan.

I miss the old days...

I still have many questions running in my mind but I guess the time we have right now is not enough to answer it all.

I miss them so much. It's been years. Matagal na panahon na noong huli naming nakumpleto.

There's another thing I notice. My mom have the power of fire, like my ate and my dad too. I'm the only one who possessed the power of ice. I belong to the Coasters but they belong to the Wafers.

"Ayce, Is there something wrong?" Nakita kong lumapit sa akin si Mom,umupo siya sa aking tabi.

Should I tell her? Hmm. No, Maybe it's not yet the time for this. I don't want to bother her. Especially, I'm going to that competition it's better if I assured her that everything's fine though.

"Nothing mom, I just miss the old times we're together." Sinubukan ko pang ngumiti sa kaniya.

"Don't worry we'll watch you. And I believe in your team, you'll survive it." Niyakap pa niya ako. Naramdaman ko ring sumali si Dad at si Ate Fayre sa amin.

"Thank you Mom, Dad and Ate, I can't assure you that I'll survive but I'll do my very best to survive."

I treasure them. They are the one of the most important persons in my life.

Draven's Pov

"I know you all can do it. It's been months since you started your training. Bilib ako sa inyo. You all are good at different tactics and strategies. I'll tell you, it's not just because they want to know who possessed the strongest power in here. The Competition between the societies and the dreamers also tackles about the cooperation, leadership, unity, trustworthy and specialty of each group. This may be the first time to make a competition like this but trust me Draven no matter what no one will be left behind. Though it's a competition there is a certain scenery that might test your hearts. You all have weakness. But don't be deceived. Remember, The Arch mages should be always alert. The Knight and the Dame will be in charge of the Defense. The Enchantress are the main attackers and the Beguiler is to deceive. Cooperation is needed. No matter what happen inside that place, don't leave each other. It's always better if the Dreamers are complete, because it will not be called Dreamers if you're not complete. Remember that. You should rest."
Tinalikuran na ako ni Mom.

Kasalukuyan akong nakaupo sa isang swing sa isang parke. Ang parke na sobrang halaga sa akin. Ang parke na saksi nang pag-iwan niya sa akin.

Handa na ako sa mangyayari.
At hindi ako makakapayag na may mawala sa amin. Bilang isa sa Arch Mages sinisigurado ko na walang mapapahamak. At hindi kami uuwing luhaan at kulang-kulang.
