It's been a week since Vaughn and I made our relationship official. Every night, lagi siyang pumupunta sa apartment ko para sabay kaming kumain ng dinner. Siya rin palagi ang nagluluto tuwing gabi.

I haven't been in a relationship before and everything feels new to me that's why I did my best to adjust slowly. I already told Vaughn about it and he told me not to worry about it and just act like my normal self.

This feels great. Ganito pala ang pakiramdam kapag nasa isang relasyon ka. And the fact that Vaughn's my first boyfriend, I know he'll have a great impact to me.

When I told Suri about it, she screamed and congratulate me. Pinakilala ko si Vaughn kay Suri through a video call at maganda naman ang kinalabasan noon. I laughed when Suri said that kikilatisin niya muna si Vaughn bago siya a-aprove sa relasyon naming dalawa.

When I heard a knock from my door, I immediately walked towards it with a smile on my face.

"Hi!" I greeted him.

He looked so tired but hindi pa rin natatago ang kagwapohan niya. He smiled and opened the door wider before he entered and then closed it after.

He quickly hugged me and kissed me on my forehead. I clung my arms around her neck and and put my face closer to his neck. I sniffed his addicting smell. Oh, heaven.

"How's your day, Love?" Tanong ko sa kanya habang nasa ganitong posisyon parin kami.

"Good but tiring. Nag take-out nalang ako ng pagkain. Okay lang ba sa iyo?"

Inilayo ko na ang sarili ko sa kanya at kinuha ang plastic cellophane na hinawakan niya sa kamay niya.

"It's really okay." I raised the plastic cellophane. "Saan galing ito? Kay Manang Deng?"

I'm starting to love Manang Deng's dishes lalong-lalo na ang bulalo niya. Aside from being delicious, mura lang ito. Every lunch, it's either nagte-take out ako or nagdi-dine in sa karenderya.

He nodded. "Oo. Binigyan ako ni Manang Deng ng bulalo ng libre. Sinabi ko kasi sa kanya na paborito mo ito."

Sinilip ko ang plastic cellophane at ngumiti ako nang nakita ko ang bulalo. "I can't wait to eat this! Wait lang. Umupo ka muna diyan. You're tired, so let me prepare this for us."

"Okay."

Pumunta na ako sa kusina at inihanda na ang mga pagkain na binili ni Vaughn. Tatlong putahe ang binili ni Vaughn. It's pancit, adobo and bulalo.

"Vaughn, come here! Let's eat na," tawag ko sa kanya.

Lumapit si Vaughn at umupo sa harap ko. We started eating. I dipped my spoon on the bulalo, scooped it and tasted it.

"Ang sarap," I remarked.

Vaughn just looked and smiled at me.

"Why are you tired? May outdoor photoshoot ba kayo kanina?" I asked.

"Yeah. Pumunta kami kanina sa [] at nag-edit ako pagkatapos ng mga pictures," he answered. "Day off ko bukas."

"Hmm, nice. Gamitin mo 'yung day off mo bukas para makapagpahinga, Vaughn," I suggested.

"No. I'll rather have a date with you tomorrow."

Napangiti ako.

"Where?" Hindi maitago ang excitement sa boses ko.

"You'll know once we get there."

It's our first date as a couple. Kinikilig ako and at the same time ay kinakabahan. I hope this date turns out well.
