"What happened to your wrist?"

"Good morning sunshine!" I heard Chrissie yell from the living room. She gently tapped on the bedroom door before opening it. "Morning" I mumbled and rubbed my eyes. She jumped down on the bed and sent me a smile "someone's excited" I laughed with a rough morning voice and she nodded. "Yup, the boys are playing tonight and I just can't wait to see Bri" she said with sparkles in her eyes.

I admired her and Brian, they seemed like they were very good for each other. I wonder how nice it must be, to have it so easy.

Chrissie started fan girling over Brian and I couldn't help but laugh. She was so adorable when she talked about him, she really was in love.

I looked down on my wrists and the bruises had gotten worse. I quickly put my blanket up and covered them so Chrissie wouldn't notice. She probably already forgot about it. Hopefully.

"Emma!" a loud voice yelled and the door shut open. Me and Chrissie got startled and my heart started to sink ."Hey R-Richard" I mumbled and sent him a fake smile.

"There's my princess!" he exclaimed and waltzed over to the bed to kiss me on the cheek. I wanted him to stray away from, but I froze as soon as I saw him.

"And who might this be?" Richard said and ran his hand through his hair. "I'm Chrissie, it's nice to meet you" Chrissie reached out for his hand and sent him a big smile. "Well well well, I didn't know my girl had girl friends" he said and I wanted to bury myself in the sheets.

"We met through a common friend" I mumbled and looked down at the sheets. I felt Chrissie's eyes on me and I started to panic.

"Are you joining us tonight, Richard?" Chrissie asked and he went over to the drawers. He had few of his belongings here, few t-shirts and boxers. He pulled out a plain white shirt and some socks. "Why yes I am my good lady. I'm so excited to meet Queen, did you know that Emma here," he walked over to me and laid his hand on my shoulder.

"She knows them!" He exhaled. Chrissie sent me a smile and tried to hold back a laugh. "Oh does she now?" she nodded towards me and I blushed. 

"She's taking me backstage to meet them all, can you believe it!" he added and waved his arms around. "No way!" Chrissie laughed and I tried to keep cool.

"Rich, Chrissie is together with Brian, I thought you knew" I mumbled and Chrissie started to laugh like crazy. "Oh fuck really?" his eyes got big and his jaw dropped. "Yes, she is. We will pick you up later" I added and hoped he understood the hint of me wanting him to leave. 

"But babe, I thought we uhh" he bend down to me and let his hand slide down to my hips. "I thought could you know.. Hang out a little before?" he whispered in my ear and I froze. What do I say now? Chrissie whistled and sent me a smile. She was about to get out and I quickly yelled no. 

Richard placed his hand on my wrist and pulled me up. "Come on, I'm sure you'll see Chrissie later pet" he said and I tried to keep it together. I saw Chrissie frown and look back and forth between me and Rich. His little move exposed my wrist and her mouth dropped. I looked at her and slowly shook my head. 

"I actually promised Emma I'd help her with some shopping!" She quickly said and sat back down on the bed. Richard removed his hand from me and sighed. "Y-yeah, we are shopping for a new bed! And a dress for later" I said without thinking. 

"Fine" Richard mumbled and lit a cigarette. "Can you please not smoke in here Rich, I don't want my sheets to smell" I carefully murmured and he just marched out of the bedroom.

I exhaled and closed my eyes.

"Emma what the fu-" 

"I really don't wanna talk about it, okay?" I said before she could finish her sentence.
