1. 你叫什么名字?
Nǐ jiào shénme míngzì?
What is your name?
2. 你姓什么?
nǐ xìng shénme?
What's your last name?
3. 怎样称呼你?
zěnyàng chēnghū nǐ
What's your name?
Literal translation : How do I call you?
Similar to the third ones, in this one, you add "name" in the question to makes it clearer to the person, you're asking their name.
4. 怎样称呼你的名字
zěnyàng chēnghu nǐ de míngzi
What's your name?
Literal translation : How do I call you by name?
