1. Rice 白饭 Báifàn Rice
Rice can also called 米饭 Mǐfàn
Dishes made up of rice consist of:
1a. Fried rice 炒饭 Chǎofàn
1b. Chicken rice 鸡饭 jī fàn
1c. Porridge 稀饭 Xīfàn or 粥 zhōu

2. Meat 肉 Ròu (uncategorized)
2a. Chicken meat 鸡肉 Jīròu
2b. Pork 猪肉 zhūròu
2c. Beef 牛肉 niúròu
2d. Fish meat 鱼肉 yúròu

PS: 意大利 Yìdàlì literally mean Italy, but added with the word noodle, it became spaghetti.
