Chapter #13 The enemy of my enemy is my friend

"Thank you sir!" I cried..I took the celery, I ate it like it was my last meal.

The woman at the corner of the cell smiled "You are the Renegade at the junkyard right?"

I stopped eating "How did you know?", I looked up and i saw the woman she had a flowing black hair and she was really beautiful i will admit.

"I was part of the Sniper squad at the bell tower." She said

Bell tower?..Harakov? "DID YOU KILL THE GUY WITH THE FLAME THROWER?!" I screamed

"What? No." She shook her head "You wiped out our conscript squad."

I then remember..The guys who i killed..Wait the guys who Harakov killed.

"I did not have a good shot on you..I failed my mission." She said "And when i look at my horizon i saw the Unity rushing to kill us. The USRR was weaken by the Renegades, The cheeky bastards saw this as an opportunity to take the Junkyard."

"I'm so sorry." I said with a voice of sadness "I did not mean to"

"War is war." She smiled "I'm happy that you did not kill the guys at the Paratrooper squad. The woman who interrogated you was my sister."

"Oh i see!" I smiled "I'm happy that she did not...Wait are you conscripted?" I asked "I taught they are supposed to take one per family?"

"No we volunteer to fight." She said

"By the way I'm Danielle Ivanov" I said and shook her hand

"I'm Victoria Rayner." She said

The guy at the corner said "Alright Danielle you owe me the celery hahaha!" He smiled

I looked at his shoulder..He still has his patch? It looked like an X with stars!

"What Faction are you part of?" I asked and pointed at his flag "And why did they not confiscate that patch?"

"My name is Ray Idirovich..Im Hilltop militia!" He said "The Unity is afraid of the Hilltop so they cant beat me up."

Victoria then said "Hilltop militia is one of the most powerful factions..If you see one of them you will see that they don't look like survivors, They have the best military gear. But they lack in man power."

"Wow!" I said

Victoria then said "Ray is a scholar!"

"Damn right!" He then smiled and gave an approve.

"But Ray is so intelligent that he is crazy as fucking hell! So we called him Scrapper" She smiled

"But Hilltop militia is enemies with us you know!" A female voice rose

We all looked at her..I saw a symbol in her left arm...It looks like two mountains cut in half by a lightning.

"Im Valentina S.Ramirez, Lets face it Ray but we are fighting for a long time ya know?" She smiled

Victoria then said " Broken Valley and Hilltop have the same gear. But Broken has more men but less gear."

"Pfftt!! Big breasted woman teasing me again!" He replied..I will admit her breast size was enormous!

"What?!" Valentina said and blushed

We started to giggle i then asked "Why are you enemies."

Ray then said "We are fighting control over their lands."

Victoria then said "We are neighbors..We are like 500ft away from each other..Hilltop and Broken valley is both a location an military bunker!"

"You are correct..But our faction is claiming ownership at the bunkers." Ray then replied

"I see." I said

Ray and Valentina then stood up..With fire burning in their eyes

"That does not justify the means that you killed my friends!" Valentina said

Soon one of the Prisoners went infront of them "Stop it! We need more unity!" He screamed "Our world will not change if you keep acting like kids!"

I asked to Victoria "Who is that guy?"

"My name is Ryan Kamarovich!" He then said "You already know who the Stalkers are!"

I replied 'Yes..The faction which is a hybrid of Mercenaries and Adventures."

"Stalkers are?" The guy then said "Really? You are the reason why we got caught!"

"Shut up Ian!" Ryan said

"By the way Danielle..I'm Ian Johnson and im part of the Spartans! We are one of the most scariest factions, Known for employing Ancient Greek Tactics and Sword combat too!"

"Alright!" Victoria said "We should stop fighting and get along!"

"Never!" Valentina said
