Suhyun Park was born on the 17th of January, 1998. He was 16 when he died.

Suhyun was the youngest child of his family, only having one older sister. He loved her since childhood, and was very protective of her. He also made sure his mother had a daily reminder that he loved her. His mother eventually started calling him a gentleman because he started becoming protective of the girls in his kindergarten. Suhyun loved bread, chicken, cola and taekwondo. He also enjoyed reading books and poetry, and he eventually tried poetry himself. Suhyun was an active member at the theatre club, and there she met a beautiful girl, whom became his girlfriend as time went on. He was a part of the band ADHD along with his middle school friends Geonwoo Kim from class 5, Kyeongmi Oh from class 9, Jaewook Lee, and Soonyoung Hong, all of whom perished in the sinking. The remaining 4 members continued playing but disbanded in 2015. Suhyun was the songwriter, and because of his experience of writing poetry, he wrote them smooth rhymes. Suhyun had many dreams, he wanted to keep making music with ADHD but he also wanted to attend college and major in Japanese. He also had a bucket list of 20 things he wants to do before dying, his father keeps it and tries to fulfill his beloved son's last wishes.

Suhyun's phone was retrieved and the footage was restored. What they discovered were the last videos Suhyun took before losing his life about an hour later. First he is seen joking around with others in the cabin, but as the situation gets more serious, Suhyun becomes desperate. He knows no rescue is coming, and vents his anger in the form of rapping before saying his farewells. He had texted his parents during the sinking, it was a simple ''I love you''

His body was recovered and returned to his family. He now rests at Ansan Sky Memorial Park
