Hoseong was born on the 6th of February, 1998. He was 16 when he died.
Hoseong was the youngest child, only having one seven years older brother. Hoseong learned to speak before walking, and he spoke deeply about life from a young age. He was worried about life among other things. He had been a good swimmer since childhood, but he preferred books. He loved books and his record was 4 books read in one week! As a result, he became good at writing stories as well as poems. There was also another thing he loved, his mother. He would sometimes ask her ''Mom, what am I to you?'' and she replied ''You are like oxcygen. Without it, I can't live! Mothers can't live without their sons Honseong..'' Hoseong's dream was to teach the korean language in high schools.
His body was recovered and returned to his parents. He now rests at Ansan Sky Memorial Park.
