Nozomi's POV
I'm so nervous, my heart is beating so fast, isa nalang ang need na representative then tapos na ang elimination.
"And last but not the least" the emcee said.
"Candidate number 14!" I'm so suprised when the emcee called my number so I stepped forward. Sobrang ingay sa crowd and I saw Yumi na tumatalon pa while si Justine sa tingin ko ay sumisigaw.
Before they finished the program, nagsalita ang principal.
"Again! Congratulations candidates!" she said finishing her speech.
I get back to the backstage and I saw them Justine, Yumi and my mom. I hugged them because I am so happy. They congratulate me so I thanked them.
I changed my clothes before we leave the school because we're having a small celebration in my house. My mom invited Yumi and Justine we're just having a dinner together, my mom also invited their parents but sadly they're busy but they let Yumi and Justine to have their dinner with us.
We just got home nandito kami sa sala dahil nagpeprepare si mommy ng foods and Justine insisted to help her kaya kami ni Yumi ang naiwan dito sa sala.
May napansin akong kakaiba kay Yumi, she's a little quite today compare nung mga nakaraang araw na ang hyper niya, she looks pale too. I asked her kanina if she's okay but she said she's fine so I didn't bother her baka may iniisip lang, ganyan siya eh pag may iniisip tahimik pero naisip ko din na bakit namumutla siya.
"Hey Yumi you're so quiet what's the problem? Are you okay?" I asked her.
"Nah I'm fine, napagod lang siguro" matamlay na sabi niya.
I tried to put my hand on her forehead kasi naisip kong baka may sakit siya, naligo pa naman kami sa ulan yesterday.
"Yumi! Ang init mo ah" nag aalalang sabi ko.
"Hindi malamig lang siguro ang lakas ng aircon niyo dito sa sala eh" sabi niya.
"Ehh? Ang init kaya" I said.
"Ehh hindi naman" she said.
"Wait I'll get the thermometer to check your temperature" I said and leave her for awhile to get the thermometer.
Pumunta ako kay mommy to ask where the thermometer is.
"Mom?" I called her.
"Yes? why honey?" she asked.
"Where's the thermometer?" I asked kaya napatingin din si Justine na nag aayos ng plate.
"Why? Are you sick? Are you okay?" nag aalalang tanong niya.
"No mom I'm fine, I'll just check Yumi's temperature, I think she's sick eh" I explained.
"I see, kanina ko pa din napapansin na matamlay siya" she said.
"Sabi ko na eh, kanina ko pa yan tinatanong eh puro ayos lang naman daw siya yung sagot tsk tsk" singit ni Justine.
Tinuro ni mommy kung nasaan yung thermometer and kumuha na din ako ng medicine for fever then bumalik na ako kay Yumi na nasa sala.
"Hey my loves, use this to check your temperature" I said kaya ginawa niya naman.
Nang tumunog yung thermometer tinanong ko siya kung ilan temperature niya. Binigay niya lang sakin yung thermometer.
"Mygod you're sick Yumi why you didn't tell me? " I said
"Eh kala ko mawawala din yung sama ng pakiramdam ko kanina kaya hindi ko na sinabi, sorry" guilty na sabi niya.
