I'm on my way home when I saw Kageyama and Hinata practicing by the baseball field. As I approach them Kageyama threw the ball right at Hinata's face.

You picked up the ball and handed it to Kageyama, "Are you okay?" Offering my hand to him, he had a light blush on his cheeks as he took my hand. "Yeah, thanks."

"Are you practicing for Saturday?" I ask, "Yeah! How did you know?" Hinata looks at me with amazement

"I told her idiot," Kageyama calls out, "Let's go! You suck at receives and to make sure you don't get in my way, you need to at least be decent."

I thought Hinata was a spiker, unless this guy is being a douche just because he doesn't like him. Guess he didn't listen to me.

"Can I join?" I ask Hinata, "I'm Y/n L/n. Please call me Y/n."

They look at me with surprise

"It's easier to have three people to practice this type of thing, trust me." Putting my bag down and getting in stance. "Alright, show me what you got!"

Kageyama Pov (Few mins after you join)

She's amazing, she's definitely experienced. Her stance, receives, and even her setting is perfect. Who is she and where did she come from?

Hinata Pov 

Woah! She knows how to do everything. I'm so lucky to be with her, being stuck with Kageyama is really hard. If I can learn from her, I can be the ace in no time.

Y/n Pov Nightime

This feeling of sweat on my face feels great, moving like this is like second nature. I'm really happy. These boys are giving their all and still want to do more, they're amazing. I never thought I would find people like this

"Wow, it's already dark," I look around after picking up the ball Hinata failed to receive.

"Again!" Hinata yells

"Right, get ready." I bump to Kageyama, "I got it!" Kageyama sets it pretty far

Right as Hinata was about to get it, a hand caught the ball.

Wow, these guys are tall. They must be the other first years.

The tall blond looks at me and Hinata, "Shouldn't you elementary students be at home right now."

Hinata and I squirm with rage.

"How tall are you?" Kageyama asks. "Hey, I'm talking to him!" Hinata yells

"Tsukki is 6ft 2, he's almost 6ft 3." a green hair boy said

Why are you answering?

"Why are you bragging about my height, Tadashi?" The blond look at Kageyama, "What's a star player like you doing here?"

"Tch" 

"Hey, listen! We're not going to lose to you!" Hinata yells.

"So, it's that important to you hmm?" The blond smirks, "Maybe we'll throw the game to help you."

"Whaaat!!!" Hinata yells

"It doesn't matter, we'll still win," Kageyama declares

"That's just the thing a King would say," smiling he walks up to Kageyama.
