"Hey, Daichi! Wait up," Y/n ran after the captain. "Oh, Y/n, what's up? You excited about the match?" He turns and smiles at her. "Yeah, I almost didn't get enough sleep. I finally get to play on a team that I can go all out on!" He laughs, "Just don't pop the ball this time." She blushed, "Don't worry, I'll be more careful."
They talk on their way to school and waited in front of the gym for everyone else. When Takeda came with the bus Daichi turned to Y/n, "Do you want to sit together?" "Sure!" They sat at the front of the bus, Y/n by the window and Daichi next to the aisle.
"So what's your plan for today? You must have one if you put me on the bench instead of next to Hinata" She asks him, "Honestly, I have no idea what to expect from Sejioh but having you and Hinata do those quick attacks will definitely help us. We have to make sure to use them wisely, we can't show them what we have right away." He looks deep in thought, "but the question remains on when we should put you in."
"Don't worry," she smiles at him, "We'll win no matter what!" He smiles back, "You sure have a lot of confidence." "Of course! No point on worrying yourself to death."
As they were talking the bus ran over a large bump making Daichi fall on Y/n and hitting her head agains the wall. "Are you okay?" Daichi reaches for the back of her head. When his hand touched her, she opened her eyes and saw his. "Ummm, y-yeah. Are you okay?" she blushed really hard. Noticing it he realized the position, he was cornering Y/n against the bus while his hand was on her head. To anyone it would look like he was trying to make a move on her
"I'm so sorry!" He quickly got off her, "I really didn't mean too." "It's fine, the bus must have ran over something big." They both sat there in silence with really red faces
"Hey, Daichi-" Y/n starts to talk again, but was cut off by Tanaka yelling and the sound of someone throwing up, "Stop! Stop the bus! Stop the bus right now!!"
"Don't tell me!" Y/n sweat drops while Daichi freezes, "Did he just?" "Yep," Sugawara nods. "We're in trouble," Kageyama face was in horror
