3rd Pov
Y/n decided to walk with Daichi, "Hey, Daichi, is okay if I walk with you?"
"Oh, sure," he looks surprised, Why does she want to walk with me?
"Thank you," she smiles at him
"So what do you think about this match for Sejioh?" she asks
"Well, it's opportunity for us to show off our skill. I don't know how to feel about using Kageyama instead of Sugawara and I still don't know who to use for the starting line up." He leaves the gym
"I see, Sugawara is really mature about it though. For the line up I'm sure whoever you put in will be great. You're really considerate and you think a lot," she walks beside him
"Hmm." I wonder if I should put her in, if I put Kageyama in the Hinata should definitely go and having her will help receives and covering. I don't want to replace the 2nd years with 1st years though.
"Yo, Daichi, Y/n!" Tanaka and Hinata approach them
"You guys talking about Sejioh?" Hinata asks "Yeah, we're talking the starting line up." Y/n responds
"Sweet, let me hear what you're planning," Tanaka walks with them
"Okay, let me treat you to some food. There's a store that sells some good food." Daichi smiles
"Oh, look. It's Sugawara and Kageyama," Y/n points out.
"I should get some for them too," Daichi thinks. "Might as well get some for Tsukki and Tadashi, I'll help you." Y/n adds
"Okay, thanks"
In the store
"What should we get them?" Y/n looks around, "Energy bar?"
"Nah, knowing them we should get some meat buns," Daichi starts grabbing them
"Okay," Y/n nods and grabs some too
They both reach for the same bun making their hands land on top of one another,
"Sorry," Daichi pulled his hand away
Y/n laughs, "It's fine."
Her smile is really pretty and her laugh is really cute; Daichi looks away with a light blush
His hand was really warm and big compared to mine; Y/n smiles to herself
"Come on, let's pay for these already. I'm sure Tanaka is really hungry," Y/n started taking out her wallet when they reached the counter.
"Hold on, let me pay for everything," Daichi tries to stop her, "I said it would be my treat."
"How about we split the cost? I don't like the idea of someone paying stuff for me and I think it would be easier on your wallet," Y/n says. My parents give me a monthly allowance and I still haven't used up last months completely.
"Are you sure?" Daichi asks, I can't help it if she's really persistent about paying.
Finally agreeing to splitting the payment they walked out and gave the others their food and discussed the starting line up.
