Y/n pov
I talk to Hinata about my middle school days as he guides his bike down the sidewalk. "So what about your parents? Did you really mean what you said earlier?" He questions me. I sigh, "Yes and no, I do care and love them but at the same time I'm relieved that they're not here." He looks at me sadly, "Weren't you really lonely though?" "I was, but I got use to it. I learned that there's no point in crying and I wasn't entirely alone, I had Keishin and the old man." I smile remembering the time I had with them. "But they weren't your parents, all those memories you have are great but shouldn't you have parent memories?"
I tilt my head, "Parent memories?" "You know? Good memories with your parents like going to an amusement or having a picnic." I laugh when I see his face, it was clear that he was remembering his time in those memories, "I don't have those, but seeing your expression makes it seem like the best thing in the world." He stops walking and stares at me with teary eyes. "Are you crying?!" I panic as he starts to cry. "I'm not crying," he lifts his arm to hid his eyes, "There's just something in my eye."
I laugh and offer him a tissue, he takes it and we continue walking. As we come up to a corner store Hinata gets excited, "Wait here! Hold this!" He shoves his bike at me and runs inside. Shocked I hold his bike and wait for him.
A few minutes pass and he runs out with a few bags. "What are those?" I try to look into them. "Hold on! It's a surprise!" He pulls the bags away from me, placing them on his handlebars he hops on his bike, "Get on, I wanna show you something."
I shrug my shoulders and get on, hugging him from behind I hold on tight, "Okay, I'm ready." He nods his head and starts pedaling. We pass many people and stores, the lights on the street were very pretty as we zoom past them. Soon we arrive at a hill, stopping he hops off and gets the bags, "Come on, we're almost there." I follow him up the hill, getting up to the top I see Hinata laying out a blanket, "Okay, what are you doing?"
He starts pulling out food, "You said you didn't have parent memories, but you had nice memories with others. I want to be one of those people that gives you a nice memory." I smile warmly at him as I sit down, "Thank you, it means a lot to me that you want to do this." He sits down next to me, "I want you to lean on me more too." He blushes and looks away, laughing I lean up against him and enjoy his warmth, "Y-Y/n?" "I'm leaning on you," I joke with him.
He laughs and wraps his arm around me as he passes me some food, "I hope you like it, I just grab some stuff." "It's really good, I really appreciate this," I smile at him. "Oh, you have something," he points at my cheek. "Did I get it?" I wipe it. "No, it's..." he laughs, "here." He wipes my cheek, "Thanks."
When we finish our food we continue walking until we have to split up. "I had a lot of fun. I feel like I should do something for you as thanks," I smile at him. "N-No, it's okay. I had a lot of fun too," he blushes.
Too cute!
I lean in and kiss his cheek, "There, that's my thanks." He doesn't move. "Hinata?" I wave a hand in front of his face. "Wahhh!!" He explodes, "Aaaah!" I try to calm him down, "I'm sorry! Please calm down!"
