Y/n pov
Tadashi looks at me with surprise, "Sure, hold on a sec." He turns to where Tsukki is, "You go on ahead of me." Going out the gym Tsukki waves, "Whatever." Getting his things in order we walk down the road. I told him what happened to me in middle school and he nods, "When I was little I was bullied too, my freckles were odd so a lot of people picked on me for them." I stare at his face, "Y-Y/n?" He nervously looks back at me. I stare even harder at his face, "W-What?"
"I think your freckles are bad," I smile at him. "Really?" He looks at me with amazement, "You don't think they look weird like a pizza?" I shake my head, "I think they're nice and besides, who doesn't like pizza?" He sweat drops, "So, my face does look like a pizza." I laugh, "No, silly. I'm just saying of all the things to be compared too, pizza isn't that bad." He thinks for a minute and chuckles, "I guess you're sorta right."
"You said use to, what changed?" I ask him. "I met Tsukki, he stopped some bullies from beating me up one day." I tried to imagine Tsukki being nice and standing up for someone, "Are you sure that was Tsukki?" "Yeah! He was so cool!" His eyes sparkle with admiration
Still unable to imagine it I sigh, "He must have had a twin or something." He shook his head, "It was definitely Tsukki. He was walking by the bullies one day as they were picking on me and laughed at them while calling them lame." I tilt my head, "So he didn't physically stop them?" He shook his head again.
So basically, he taunted the bullies to make them stop. Yeah, that sounds like Tsukki
I laugh as I imagine Tsukki taunting other in a high pitch voice, "I'll admit, I'm a little jealous of you, Tadashi." He gasps, "Why me? You have such cool skills and you're part of the starting line up." I shake my head, "The 'cool' skills you say I have are the reason why I was hated, I'm jealous because I didn't have someone to rescue me like you did." Realizing my words he stares at me.
"So, you never had any friends?" He asks me. "Yeah, I was always alone," I recall all the days I sat by myself during school, "Didn't matter where I was; home or school, I was alone." Tadashi sadly looks ahead, "At least you're strong, I would have cried." I chuckle, "Trust me, I was a huge cry baby. I stopped when I realize that there was no use in crying."
"What happened to Coach Ukai and Older Coach Ukai?" He asks me. "I lost touch with both of them when I entered middle school. I met some nice people that owned this restaurant that were really nice, but I lost contact with them too." I look up at the sky, "I always seem to lose people, whether it be because I'm afraid and push them away or they want something and throw me away when they're done."
Tadashi grabs my hand, "We won't use you like (X/bff), so you don't have to push us away." I lace my hands with his, "Thank you, you're always so nice to me. I don't understand how you can be this sweet and hang out with Tsukki." He laughs and squeezes my hand, "He's nice too." I roll my eyes, "When a someone says a guy is 'nice' they really mean he's an asshole and you'll get use to it." He laughs, "Trust me, he's nice."
We continue to walk and laugh together until we had to go our separate ways. "Night, Y/n," Tadashi says to me. I decide to hug him, "Thank you for letting me explain." He blushes while hugging back, "N-No problem, I just wanted to make sure you were alright." I pull back and stare at his face. "You're staring again," he avoids my gaze. Laughing I pull him closer and kiss his cheek, "Your freckles are adorable." He freezes as I wave goodbye and walk down my street, snapping out of it he touches where I kissed him and smiles happily.
