I'm sorry too, because I realize I've been spelling Takeda's and Keishin's name wrong for a few chapters. I spelt it Takeada not Takeda and I think I wrote Keishan not Keishin. I'm so sorry, I'm really bad at names

Next day during lunch Y/n pov

"So, want me to walk with you guys down the third year hallway and class because you're too scared?" I deadpan at Kageyama and Hinata. "No! This idiot wants to see the Ace, he asked me because he's too scared," Kageyama looks away. Hinata blushes with embarrassment and nods his head.

I pack the rest of my lunch up and start to leave the room, "You guys coming or what?" Smiling, Hinata grabs Kageyama's arm and follows me, "Thanks, Y/n!" I smile at him, "Just promise me that you won't freak out or anything." "Okay!"

We finally got to the third year hallway. "Okay, you guys know what class he's in?" I look at them, they just stare back, "you guys don't know do you?" They shook their heads no. I smack my forehead, "Okay, let's think for a minute." "Look, there's Sugawara," Kageyama points out, "I bet if we follow and ask him, he might tell us." 

We all follow Sugawara to a classroom, "Look, we need our Ace more than ever. Things are starting to get good." I heard Suga's voice, "Okay, Hinata, go and see the Ace." He jumps, "Why do I have to go?!" "You wanted to see the Ace so badly," Kageyama scowls at him. "But I'm too nervous to go in a Third year class."

They're just older than you, honestly.

"Please wait Asahi!" Suga came out calling after a man with a bun, he turns and sees us, "What are you guys doing here?" Hinata sees the Ace and runs behind me.

I don't know if I should be mad at him for hiding behind a girl or proud that he thinks that I'm tough enough to stand up to this guy.

"We wanted to see the Ace," I told Suga. "I see," Suga nods, "Let me introduce you to them, Asahi, these are the amazing First years I told you about. Kageyama, Hinata, and Y/n." We bow, "Hello." "Nice to meet you guys. So how many have you recruited so far?" Asahi asks Suga, "5, not the number we wanted. Hinata and Y/n actually wants to become the Ace like the Tiny Giant" "Haha, I see. Good luck, kids"

"So, are you going to come back and play or what? I wanted to see you in action," Hinata asks as Asahi pats our shoulder. "Hey, Asahi, the teacher is waiting man." He gave a sympathetic look to us, "Sorry, I'm not the ace anymore." Then he leaves, "Did he get injured or something?" Kageyama asks Suga. "No, nothing like that. It's sorta like Y/n's situation, he might have lost his love for the game. We use to depend on him a lot because he was the ace. Even in the toughest situations he would prevail, but that all changed when we went up against Date Tech. Every spike was blocked and he felt responsible for it." 

"I see," Hinata looks at me, "Y/n, even when you said you didn't love volleyball anymore, did you at least miss it?" I think back, "To be honest I think somewhere inside there was a part of me that missed it and I think because of that you were able to convince me to join again." He smiles at my response, "So, do you think I can convince him to play again?" I pat his head, "Maybe, he never said he hated volleyball." Hinata jumps in the air, "You're completely right!"

For a boy scared to walk down a hallway, he seems to have no trouble drawing attention to himself.

Practice

"ROLLING THUNDER!!!" 

Noya rolls and sends a perfect receive to the setter position. Tanaka laughs, "Dude, that's just a rolling receive."  "Well, okay then," Suga and Kageyama doesn't know how to react, "What are you yelling for?" "Do you hear yourself?" Tsukki snickers with Tadashi.
