[Taekook] Deaf or not, you're still our baby that we love

"She's so beautiful, hyung" Jungkook says as tears of joy fell down his cheeks. Taehyung nodded, kissing his forehead and his daughter's also.

Their daughter, Hyejung, was sleeping. Her parents were arranging things, and is trying to be quiet. But Taehyung, accidentally dropped a glass, causing it to shatter and make a loud noise. Jungkook's eyes widened, and he glared at his husband. Looking is Hyejung was awake, they frowned, how can she sleep through that noise. Jungkook puts the boxes down, telling Taehyung to clean up his mess and went to his daughter.

"Hi baby, Hyejungie" He says, but Hyejung still didn't wake up. He picked up the baby, and that's when she opened her eyes. She stared at Jungkook with sleepy eyes, yawning and resting her head on her mother's shoulder. Jungkook was so confused, Hyejung didn't wake up to him calling her but she woke up when he picked her up, what's really happening?

They went to the doctors every month, wanting to know what's Hyejung's condition is. Until one doctor says that she might be deaf, and that made them sad. They were told to bring Hyejung to the audiologist and test her out for hearing.

Hyejung was inside a room, where her parents could see her. A woman was holding her, entertaining her. It didn't work, and they tried every sounds they could, nothing. Jungkook covers his mouth, not wanting anybody to hear his cry. He looks at Taehyung, who looked back at him with teary eyes. The older grabbed his neck and hugged him, his head on the older's chest. This was hard for them, knowing that their only child is deaf. They cried, hugging eachother tightly.

"Hi baby" Jungkook says, picking Hyejung up. Of course, who are they to give away their child, their biological child. Just because she's deaf, doesn't mean she shouldn't feel what a real family is.
"Deaf or not, you're still the baby that we love" Jungkook says, hugging Hyejung while Taehyung backhugs him, smiling at his daughter.
