Saint was dressed and sitting in a chair by the time the nurse arrived back with the wheelchair and medication for him. She turned to Zee "I'm assuming you'll be caring for your partner so I'll explain his medication to you as well." She said before turning to Saint. "As long as that's OK with you?" She asked. It was a good thing they were used to being mistaken for a couple, thought Saint, seeing how Zee didn't even flinch. "He's actually my best friend, but yes that's fine." Saint said with a small smile. She nodded shortly then reeled off times and doses not really given them a chance to remember everything then finished with "...But don't worry I've written it down for you on a sheet inside the bag." Before handing over said bag to Zee. "Take care now." She called as she left them alone in the room.

Once she was gone they both began to giggle a little. "Wow, she totally listened to you there Saint." Zee said pushing the wheelchair over to Saint. "Shut up PARTNER!" Saint replied with a smirk. "Yeah," Zee replied flashing his six pack "you know you want this..." Saint rolled his eyes and made gagging noises. "Just shut up and get me home!" He said smiling. Zee bowed as he helped Saint get seated then replied "Yes master." As he began pushing him towards the door. Zee loved this, the way they could easily play off each other both giving as good as they got. No one came close to getting Zee and his sense of humour as much as Saint. He didn't just get it though, he matched it which made Zee love him all the more. "This is going to be fun, getting you to myself for a while." Zee said still smiling. "Yeah," Saint replied. "It's been too long."

They walked in comfortable silence until they reached the exit near where Zee had parked. "Will you be ok here while I go get the car?" Zee asked. Saint wasn't  sure if he was being honest. Being completely alone was sort of scary, images of Matt jumping out at him filled his head when he thought of it. But he'd be damned if he'd let him win so he replied in the most sarcastic tone he could manage "Noooo, please don't leave me!" Before chuckling and pushing Zee gently. "Of course I'll be OK." He said as much for himself as for Zee. Zee smiled then flipped him off before walking away, making Saint chuckle so hard his face started to throb. It only felt like seconds before Zee was pulling up in his car and getting out to help Saint get in. He took the bag and put it on the back seat before opening the front door. Then he wheeled Saint as close as possible and helped him slide in to the seat, which was slightly more complicated than it sounded... Once he was safely in Zee took the wheelchair back inside then came back and began to drive them home.

"It's strange," Zee said as they were moving "this sort of reminds me of bringing Kara home with Lee for the first time." Saint smiled. "I was waiting at the house putting the last balloons and banners up." He said remembering that day. "Why does this remind you of that?" he asked feeling curious. Zee huffed a laugh then replied "It's just that feeling of being glad to get home and being able to look after the people I love, I guess..." he said not taking his eyes off the road. Saint held back a tear at Zee's sweet words, he always let Saint know he was loved. Saint couldn't say anything so he just squeezed Zee's knee and they spent the rest of they journey listening to the radio, occasionally humming along.

Once they parked up outside the house, Zee left Saint in the car to take his bag in and make sure the alarm was off after he'd opened the front door. Once that was sorted he came back out of Saint. Getting out of the car was almost as tricky as getting in. Saint almost ended collapsed on top of Zeem but Zee managed to save him at the last minute, catching him like a girl in one of those romantic movies. "Ouchhhh." Saint said pouting. "Get me inside please... Everything hurts." He said sadly. Zee stood him up gently, holding him with one arm while he locked the car. "Put your arm around my shoulder so I can take some of your weight." He instructed. Saint did as he was told. "Now if your feet hurt too much tell me and I'll carry you in OK?" Saint would have laughed at that usually but the pain he was in had him strongly considering the offer. "Ok I'll let you know" he agreed.

The first few steps were fine but the futher Saint walked the more they ached. He got to the front door and realised if he went any further he was going to be in a world of pain. Zee closed the door behind them. "You did great, Saint." He said. "Do you think you can make it to the sofa?" Saint was feeling pretty sorry for himself and couldn't help the tears that started to fall. "I'm sorry Zee." He said sniffing "I don't think I can. I'm in so much pain all over." Zee didn't hesitate he turned his body and put his other arm under Saint's legs and picked him up. "You don't have to apologise for anything Saint. You did amazing! Now let me help you." Zee started walking towards the living room and Saint buried his face in his neck. "Look Saint, I know you're always the strong one, always the one who helps everyone else but you need to know it's ok to accept help yourself sometimes. It doesn't make you weak it makes you human." He placed Saint gently on the sofa and arranged the cushions to try and make sure he was comfortable. "Right, wait there and I'll grab the water so you can take your pills ok?" Saint nodded, if he knew if he opened his mouth to speak he'd be a bawling mess. Zee smiled and headed towards the kitchen just as he was about to leave the room he turned back for a second "Oh and Saint," he said making sure Saint was looking at him. "Welcome home!"
