Chapter 52: Home...?

Gulf drove back home in silence....remembering the envelope, the pictures, his and Mew's in their intimate position. Who would dare do this? Why would someone play a dirty joke on him? Why....he has no grudge against anyone? Maybe its a harmless prank.........Gulf just put the thoughts aside as he drove. Once he reached the basement he parked and got out of the car. The moment he closed the door, he was pulled in a bone crushing hug by someone. Gulf struggled but them a familiar scent hit his nose. It was Mew

"Let me go I can't breathe" Gulf punted against Mew's chest

"Fine....." Mew reluctantly let him go but held his hand "Let's go up"

"ummm" Gulf hummed as they rode the elevator. Should he tell Mew about it or not..should he or not?......he should, but then?...no, no need...he will deal with his problems, no need to involve Mew...little did Gulf realize it was their problem, not his alone.....

"What is bothering you?" Mew bought back Gulf from his daze

"hmmm"

"Are you alright?"

"I am" Gulf said as the doors opened and he walked in front of Mew. With the number of times he has visited Mew's house, he knew the code, but one thing left his mind and that was Chopper...

Gulf opened the door and Chopper barked. Gulf unconsciously jumped onto Mew making Mew laugh "You never get used to it, do you?"

"I have been away for so long that Chopper almost escaped my mind" Gulf shook his head "Sorry, Chopper" Gulf apologized only to be responded by his bark

"Hungry?" Mew asked

"Starving" Gulf responded. He skipped lunch with the amount of work he had so he was half dead right now.....

"Let's make you food"

"You are going cook...." Gulf questioned and then he recalled Win saying something about Mew cooking and he blushed.......

Mew started cutting vegetable, also cutting his fingers in the process......

"Stop, stop, Mew.....true, I want to eat food, but I prefer animal meat not human" he said as he put his finger under running water and then bandaged it...

"You sit and watch TV with Chopper and I will make food" Gulf switched on the TV and sat Mew, and then headed to the kitchen to cook. Once food was ready he called Mew to the table to eat............

"Aren't we like a cute wife and lazy husband" Mew joked

"Very true........I work all day and then work at home and you just sit and watch TV like a lazy person....oh my poor heart" Gulf faked a tear

There was laughter filled all around......finally the house was back to what it was supposed to be, fun and happiness.....

They were watching the "Train to Busan" when Mew held Gulf's hand. Was Mew scared of zombies, Gulf laughed internally and turned towards Mew.

"Gulf, don't ever leave me alone...please, it was so hard to be alone from you"

"Do you think it was any easier for me, Mew" The movie was long forgotten

"I felt my world fall apart when you left me....... Please not again, I am begging you" Mew took Gulf's hand and kissed the back of it

"I........"

"Please agree to it" Mew kept kissing Gulf's hand

"It was not any easier for me either" Gulf looked Mew in the eyes

"Let's promise to trust each other, listen and cherish each other. I will alway be there for you, no matter small or big........ you can always confide in me" Mew was cuddling with Gulf

"I promsie, Mew"

"I promise too, my love"

"Argghhhh" the girl in the TV screamed jolting both the men almost out of their seats as they looked at each other and laughed at their own reaction.......not the best movie choice for their reconciliation night......was it?

"I am staying the night" he said to Mew once the movie was over and he headed to the bathroom

"You don't have to say" Mew said as he followed him

"Where are you going? " Gulf questioned when Mew followed him

"Where ever you are going......."

"Toilet"

"Me too"

"Go to the other one and leave me alone" Gulf said shaking his head as he shut the door

After Gulf got ready for a good night sleep he texted his mom that he will be staying over at a friends house..........

"Switch off the light Mew, I wanna sleep...tomorrow is a busy day" Gulf said as he cuddled Mew...he had missed him for too long

"You think after 3 weeks I am going to just let you use my bed for sleeping" Mew whispered

"Tomorrow we have work......."

"You can take off, you have my permission....."

Oh well, it was not easy for Gulf any more to deny.........................

"All the pictures are ready?" A person said

"I have the other side covered as well" the second one said

"Are the emails ready!!!" The first one asked another who was sitting in front of the computer

"Say it and it will be out"

"If he would had stayed with me, I wouldn't even have hurt him..... or maybe I would"

"He was mine first....."

"What ever at the end he would be mine, you don't even fit in with the society, you are the wrong gender, you are too poor, only I have what it takes"

"What ever"

"Well at least I don't have to fight with you guys for mine........"

"You will regret messing with us....."

The four people laughed in harmony, not realizing the impending doom that would befall due to this...

Morning came and Gulf woke up before Mew as he was thirsty as hell. He headed to the kitchen to get water and then came back. It was still early for work, so he laid down again. Minutes later, his phone rang and he got up to check but Mew pulled him down again

"Sleep"

"Fine" Gulf kept his phone and snuggled to sleep........

Their alarm rang and they hurried to get up and get ready. Once they were changed and dressed, they were ready to leave. Gulf almost forgot his phone as he returned to get it and then saw a notification that he had earlier got but failed to check. He opened it and the phone smashed face front on the floor as Gulf lost energy in his hand..

Who ever they were they were not joking with him? How did they get that picture....How??
