Chapter 66: Mouse in the trap

Minutes later Win walked in with Bright, but the atmosphere was not the one Bright was expecting

"So?" Bright questioned

"Faked..." was all Gulf said and Bright's face fell

"Can we sent it for internal investigation?" Bright asked looking at Mew

"We can, but it will take at least 2 hours to be analyzed"

"Let's send it then" Gulf said looking hopeful towards Mew

Mew and Win exchanged glances, they were short on time and this evidence might not be enough on it own for Gulf and Bright to catch the culprits...

"Let's send it" This time it was Bright who said that and Mew and Win gave in to their request for the analyses.

"Now, will you tell us what is going on?" Mew asked after San took the paper to the security department for the analyses.

"umm.." Gulf started as he tried to avoid eye contact with the two heads who were throwing daggers with their eyes towards Gulf and Bright

"Things were just out in the public, so we tried to handle it ourselves because we knew you were busy" Bright continued Gulf's statement

"You should have just told us about it and we would handle it" Win asked

"But, we didn't want to ride your coats, we were already labelled as coat riders by the employees" Gulf shook his head

"Weren't we all exposed in the pictures and videos?" Win questioned

"You knew about it?" Gulf questioned

"We knew after we returned" Mew interjected quickly

"You believe us, right?" Gulf questioned

"Believe about?" Mew questioned, he would believe Gulf blindly for all he cared

"The emails that I showed you...it took too much for Bright and me to get them"

"We know" Win said but shut his mouth quickly

"Know?" Bright and Gulf started suspecting Mew and Win, they were acting suspicious

"What I mean is that it would of course take too much courage to find the emails and have them printed" Win was close to exposing them but Mew gave him the eye.

Ping, Ping, Ping, Mew's phone rang

"Mew, are you serious"

"Get it analyzed and have it ready by 6:00pm today before the meeting"

"That's such a short call"

"You are the best of best or are you making me doubt your ability"

"Fine, fine, I'll have it ready......you both are suckers for your lovers now"

"Focus on your work, the time is ticking"

"Who was that?" Gulf asked getting curious, whilst Win and Bright were in their own world, Gulf was focused on Mew who was busy communicating with who ever they were.

"Work" was all Mew said as he fell silence and Gulf raised his eyebrow

"You will know soon" Mew said as he placed his head on Gulf's shoulder

"Hmmmmm" Gulf said as he felt the weight on his shoulder

"You smell nice" Mew mumbled into Gulf's neck crook

"It's sweat" Gulf shook his head but let Mew snuggle against him

"Win, sit properly" Bright said as Win placed his head on Bright's lap
