Chapter 39: Trust you...

"Waiter, bill" Bright said in a loud

Win was confused as to why Bright was even asking for the bill. Even his order initially was given Bright, was he expecting something....

The bill was bought to the table and Win took it.

"I'll pay, don't worry" Win said removing his credit card

"No, thank you" Bright said snatching the ledger from Win's hand, and at the moment Win's card fell on the floor.

Bright bend down to pick it and stopped for a minute as the card felt so familiar to him......where has he seen this card??

The server came and Bright payed the bill and they headed back to the office to continue the work

Work moved on as usual, Bright became busy and his meetings with Win decreased

"Then we can schedule a different meeting" Bright said to the external investigator as he pulled out his business card and something fell from his pocket......

Oh shit!!! He forgot to give Win his credit card back. He put it back in and passed his card to the investigator

"We will keep in touch" the man said as he left Bright

Bright sat in his car and switched it on. But then he pulled out the card. He knew it was not right to check other peoples private information but the card was awfully familiar.............. the restaurant? Yes, he had seen that card in the restaurant he had taken his sister to for dinner months before...so, Win was the one who payed.... but what if its just the same card and not owner, but Bright has been the letters "iamkajorn", and there is only one prominent family that could have such an exclusive card and that was none other than the Win of the MSJC.

Bright headed back to his office hoping to meet Win and solving this mystery. He needed answers...

Knock Knock

"Come in"

"Isn't this your card?" Bright said as he almost stomped in

"Oh so there it was" Win said smiling sheepishly, like he knew Bright had it all along

"Keep your things safe, or else, you would lose things" Bright just gave him a life advice

"I will" Win said taking the card from Bright but then keeping it back in Bright's hand "you can use it if you need it"

"I don't want your dirty money" Bright threw the card not meaning to say anything as such, but he knew his anger flared the moment he would be with Win

There was silence all over

"I am sorry" Bright said picking up the card from the floor and handing it to Win

"Bright, I am trying to rectify my mistake, can you even try to believe in me ever again" Win started, "I am seriously trying, the more I stay away from you, it kills me inside, Bright can you imagine how I felt when I saw your name in the internship program" Win walked towards Bright and held Bright's hand, Bright was so shocked that he couldn't say a word "4 years later, I thought fate was joking with me but then it was your name....."

Bright removed his hand from Win's as he realized where this was going and he remembered what Seo had written in his diary "he likes you, give him a chance"

"President, I need to go, I have work" Bright said as he dashed out of the room

What was this uncomfortable feeling that Bright was feeling... his heart was beating irregularly, he couldn't point out the reason
