Y/n POV

"Ritsuka, you shouldn't fall asleep like that. You'll get back issues if you do. Infact, you can have the other bed, I'll sleep on the floor if need be." Ritsuka was about to fall asleep on the chair next to the bed Lindo was in, her head lying down on said bed.

"Are you sure? I don't want to inconvenience you."

"I'm sure, now get to the other bed." She nods and heads to the second bed.

Once she had closed her eyes, I sat down in the chair Ritsuka was previously sitting in. I looked at Lindo and smiled down on him. For now he and Ritsuka were safe, but how long would it stay like this? For all I knew, the devils could appear out of no where. No, the devils are the least of my concerns for now, at least with Rem in charge. It's the vampires I have to worry about. If they were to appear now, they could easily kill Lindo and Ritsuka and take me to their base of operation.

I frown at the thought. I look at Lindo's hand for a moment before taking it into mine. Maybe I could stay here for a bit longer before I go to sleep.

I wake up to the sound of Lindo groaning. When I wake up, I noticed I was sleeping in the same position I was scolding Ritsuka for trying to sleep in earlier.

Anyway, I look at Lindo, who seemed like he was having a nightmare. "Y/n... Stay with me..." He reached his hand out.

I go to grab his hand, putting it down. "I'm here Lindo, and I'm not leaving you and Ritsuka just yet." With my words, he seems to calm down.

I hear the sheets from other bed being moved, and I look over to see Ritsuka was getting up. "Ritsuka, is something wrong?"

"No, I just thought that Lindo might be hungry when he gets up." I look back to Lindo then back to Ritsuka's.

"That's a very nice thought you had. While you getting him some food, can you bring me some too?"

"Sure." And with that, she's out of the room.

My attention turns back to Lindo, and I can't help but think about what he had told me last night. He had told me he loved me. I blush, but don't turn my gaze from him. "Do I feel the same way about him?" I ask myself.

Rem's POV

After the events of last night, I had decided to stand on a building, looking at my palm/crown. It isn't until I hear footsteps behind when I look away, to see who could be behind me, before I turn my attention to the city.

"Well, look who we found." Urie says, as he, Mage and Shiki all walk closer.

"Hey! Catch!" I hear Mage shout, followed by a something breaking right behind me. "It's a souvenir we found in Vienna."

"What about the exorcists?" I ask them.

"We crushed them of course."

"Did you really expect anything less?"

"It wasn't as thrilling as I anticipated."

"I see."

"Are you kidding me right now?!" I once again hear Mage shout.

"Not at all." I reply. "What's up?"

"I want an explanation for why you lied to us and treated us like idiots!"

"Idiots?"

"Cut the crap! First you make up stuff about Vienna, and then we end up doing your dirty work!"

"It's enough to make us start to wonder what exactly we are to you."

"But don't worry, we're not going to hold our breath and expect you to call us your friends."

This crap their spouting out is starting to get on my nerves. "You're all being ridiculous. We respect status and tradition, is that clear? I don't have time to be manipulated by these silly emotions of yours.

There's a moment of silence before Urie speaks up. "So glad you brought that up, because that reminds me to ask you what your plan was."

His words make me curious, so I turn to look at the three. "What are you talking about?"

"Rem, lets not plat these games. We all know the Grimoire was never in Vienna. You just never wanted it to end up in our hands, right?" Urie takes a moment to pause before continuing. "Or should I say, for her to end up in our hands. Our dear, sweet Y/n."

So, they found out about what the Grimoire actually is, did they? "That's some theory you have there."

"Are you calling me a liar?"

"This is absurd."

Shiki cuts into Urie and my conversation. "So then, you wouldn't mind if I take her?" This upsets me off, yet I don't understand why. "The Grimoire belongs to the Arlond family, that's fine with me, I only care about keeping the girl."

"There's no way in hell, you creep!" Once again Mage starts shouting. "Y/n's gonna be with me, you got it!" These three are really starting to piss me off. "I want her laughter, and I want her tears. I want it all!"

"Sorry, but you can't have my butterfly." I hear Mage growl at Urie. "I won't let you. She's my little pet."

Now on the verge of tearing them to pieces, I jump onto the lower platform of the building, yelling out. "None of you will touch the Grimoire!" A strong gust of wind, made from my anger, forms.

"Hmm, well then, I guess she's important to you too."

"So, do you love her?"

"Gonna fight for her?"

I manage to get my anger under control, calming down on the outside. "Have you lost your minds? What is up with this obsession with feelings? What are you guys, humans?" I question.

"It is quite a nuisance, but you should know that not even a devil can hide from his emotions." Urie explains. "So, what's the deal, Rem?"

"Nothing. We're talking about the Grimoire."

"We're also talking about Y/n."

"That's all she is!" My mind flashes back to when I had stopped her and Ritsuka from following Roen.

"If you're going to insist on lying to us about stuff like this, we're not going to be able to trust you anymore."
