Alex kicked open the door.
It slammed against the wall and creaked back a bit before getting shoved out of the way as Alex stormed into the room.
                              Ryan looked up. "You good?"
He collapsed against the couch next to her, mumbling into the cushions. "No. The Watcher was a mistake."
                              "What happened?"
Alex looked up. "So apparently Noah knows how to deal with them."
                              "Ah, fuck."
                              "And Aki's connection was disrupted."
"Cooper got hit?" He nodded, shoving his face back into the couch. "Aww, it's okay. We still know some stuff."
"Wow, look at you being positive." Ryan shoved his shoulder, smirking. "Hey! I'm just saying that out of the three of us, you're usually the most morbid."
"Come on." She grabbed his hand and pulled him up and out of the room. "I know what will cheer you up."
                              "What, you aren't enough?"
"Stop being adorable and sweet, you're making me want to kiss you." She turned the corner and stopped next to a man with hazy, glowing red eyes.
"You say that as if it's a bad thing."
Ryan shoved the man away, interrupting what he was saying. She turned and winked at Alex before speaking. "Anyway, what Carlos here was trying to say was that the five sweethearts hiding in the forest are still - y'know - hiding in the forest. So if anyone has any information on who they are or anything like that, stop by the castle and we'll kill you last when we run this town."
Alex laughed and pulled her away from the mic. "I- for the love of Quint, Ryan, why did you do that?"
"'Cause I wanted to, babe." She covered the microphone, chuckling a bit.
"Just - tell them you're joking. Don't want them panicking, now, do we?"
Ryan sighed, still smiling, before stepping back up to the microphone. "So apparently I'm joking for most of you." She turned to look at Carlos, who still had a vacant expression. "But to the people hiding? We won't hesitate to take your life. Come on, April, won't you come out and play? Now, I know you probably are saying something heroic right now, such as 'You'll never take me alive!' and you're right! We'll be taking you dead."
She turned off the microphone and giggled. "That was fun. I haven't done death threats for weeks now."
Alex picked her up. "And you're so good at them too! Gotta do them more often."
She tapped his nose. "Just for you, babe."
