VIKRAM'S FEELINGS

It was another long day for Vikram . He had the same dull routine ,wakeup in the morning have tea alone reading his newspaper and looking at the coffee machine and the special coffee he had ordered for Shnaya .

After that he would go to the gym , work out for two hours. These days he didn't feel much hungry so instead of having breakfast with the family he would have it in his suite and then proceed to get ready for office .

After that he would throw himself in his work and come back late usually after dinner time . He was not a very heavy drinker but these days he started drinking quite frequently .

He was like a robot working automatically without any feelings . He would never smile . These days he was like a bear ready to attack anyone or anything . His employees couldn't understand this change in his nature and just avoided him because he was always angry and ready to bite .

He would reach office early and leave late and expect his employees to do the same which further added to their woes .

Similarly while at home the servants hesitated to even ask him if they should serve him his dinner because he would literally bark at them and ask them to get out .

The Maharaj and Maharani were still away so he didn't have anyone to speak to .

Maya and Vishal were around but he wasn't to sure of their intentions so he tended to avoid them .

The problem was he missed her . He had never even in his wildest dreams thought that his marriage would come to this stage and his wife would leave him .He had forced her to marry him but he knew Shnaya was a very warm , kindhearted and passionate woman and she to had felt the attraction So how had they ended up like this .? He had seen her desire for him so the attraction and chemistry between them was explosive . Then why did she leave him ?

Moreover he was a prince who could become king any day and which woman wouldn't want that ?

If it was not money or lust then what led her to take such a drastic step ?

According to him money and physical compatibility was what marriages were built on so what had gone wrong in their marriage? He had provided her both so where was he at fault ?

He had not once called her since she left . But he was angry with her . She should have spoken with him . Maybe discussed the problems and tried to solve them .

Moreover she could have also called and informed him where she was . This meant that she was the least bothered about him and this marriage? The passion, the caring must have been a disguise to her true feelings .

And what about their last night together ? Did it mean nothing to her ? They had made love it was not simple sex .

He just couldn't think rationally any more .

He missed her smile , the ways her eyes lit up when she was happy , the way she teased him even the way when she argued with him .

His wife was beautiful and sexy . She was both pretty inside and out . But she was no longer a part of his life .

Most of all he missed her in his bed . Sometimes he felt she had spoilt him forever . He could never imagine anyone else in it .

Sometimes during the night he would open her wardrobe looking at her dresses and sarees remembering how she looked in them , trying to inhale traces of her scent .

Not only his bed but his life was also empty .
