THE NEXT FEW MONTHS

Maharani was back after a week . Though she was still not on a very good state. Her bhabhi was going on a religious pilgrimage covering Madurai , Rameswaram and Kanyakumari and other temples so she was joining her . Maybe the change would help her in coping with her loss .

The trip would last at lesst twenty days . Vikram was reluctant but Shnaya convinced him that this trip might be good for their mom . Infact she offered to accompany her but the Maharani refused saying that their kingdom and Vikram both needed her .

She assured them that she would call them daily and they were traveling with proper security measures . No one knew that she and her bhabhi belonged to royal families. They were posing as normal ladies going on a pilgrimage in a ladies only group .

Shnaya helped Maharani to pack and Vikram arranged for two security personnel to accompany them in this trip .

The next few days passed normally . Vikram was busy with work looking after the matters of the kingdom and also his own business but Vishal and chacha were always there to help him .

All the charities Maharani supported were being taken care of by Shnaya . Prerna chachi was managing the household activities of the palace .

Vikram was slowly trying to cope with the loss of his father and Shnaya was with him every step of the way .

Vikram and Shnaya were coming closer . Though they were not able to spend much time together but whatever time was available they would stay together .

The days were busy but the nights were theirs . Vikram had become very caring towards her and Shnaya tried her best to avoid any argument.

Maharani had extended her trip for another twenty days . She seemed to be happy so Vikram let her do so .

After a month or so Vikram had to fly to Dubai . Shnaya had a program coming up at an NGO do she couldn't accompany him although Prerna chachi said sgd could take over .

Vikram was disappointed but then they had their entire life ahead to travel together.

He would call her every night and she would wait for his call .

Shnaya tried to maintain a very cordial relationship with Vishal while Vishal too kept his distance . He knew where Shnaya's affections were so he had stopped hoping to make her his . He would watch her from a distance but would never utter a word

Infact he had started calling her bhabhi instead of Shnaya .

Vikram finished his work before time and reached a day earlier .  Shnaya came late from the NGO .

When she entered the bedroom a packet was placed on the bed . She was too tired as already it was dinner time so she quickly took a shower .

She opened the packet to reveal a beautiful multicoloured dress in chiffon . It was knee length with slits on both sides . Their were two scarves in silk one in orange colour and the other in red .

In addition to the dress was matching red lacy lingerie .

And a note 'EAGERLY WAITING AT POOLSIDE "

Shnaya smiled . She changed and went to their private pool where she found Vikram seated at s round table .

The table was covered with a silk tablecloth . On it was placed a bucket with champagne and two champagne flutes .

Vikrams eyes glittered with passion when he saw his wife in that dress .

He gave her a bouquet of lilies and she saw her favourite box of chocolates n the table .

He pulled her towards him and kissed her gently . She sat on his lap while her lips and his lips made love to each other .
