THE BREAKFAST INCIDENT

Shnaya woke up early in the morning and called Vikram . He said that they would leave Delhi early . He had already finished the discharge formalities and as soon as the doctor arrived he would check the Maharaj and they would leave .

Shnaya had her cup of coffee and then showered . She was still deciding if she shgo for breakfast ao she should order in her room but Vishal came to take her for breakfast and after that they would go to see the arrangements in Maharaj wing .

Shnaya was shocked to see Maya at the breakfast table along with Chachi .

"Oh so the runaway bride is back . " chachi taunted her .

Shnaya was in no mood to reply back so she kept quiet.

"Shnaya I thought you were happy in London and were not co ming back . But then the lure of royal riches turned out to be too much for you Little sister I guess" Maya said

"Dear sister I can say the same for you . You had come as my guest but even when I left to study you stayed back and its been almost a year but you are still here in my in-laws place . Don't you think you have any overstayed your welcome ? Infact I think you should start thinking of your future . What are you planning to do with your life and where are you going to live from now on ? After all this is my inlaws place . I can't keep you here forever "

Maya paled to see this new confident Shnaya but Chachi was furious ." Shnaya is this the way you speak to your elder sister ?"

"Chachi stepsister not sister "Shnaya replied back .

"Shnaya you have lost all manners . Is that why you had run off to London ? Do you even know what all she has been through ? Poor girl she suffered a miscarriage Silently without blaming anyone ? Do you know who the baby belonged to ? "

Shnaya shouldn't have felt relieved but the information of Maya's miscarriage broke another connection between Vikram and Maya .

"Well who knows whose baby it was ? Afterall Maya had run off with someone maybe he was responsible "Shnaya spoke very calmly .

"You bitch "Maya tried to slap her but Vishal shook Maya's hand away .

"Maya don't you dare try to hit her ? I will not tolerate this . I care too much for Shnaya to let you hurt her . Just get out from here "Vishal spoke in a thunderous voice .

"My my another admirer . Shnaya your charms seem to enveloped the entire royal family . I wonder why ? First you managed to trap Vikram in a loveless marriage and now your brother in law Vishal seems a bit too protective of you . And mind you I have seen the way he looks at you and protects you . It doesn't seem very brotherly to me . Or am I right in presuming that you are entertaining both the brothers "Maya spoke cruelly.

Before Shnaya could react Vishal had slapped her ," Maya I warned you but you couldn't keep your mouth shut could you . Shnaya is a pure and honest person not a manipulative bitch as you . And yes I care for her . Infact I love her and she wasn't be my bhabhi she would be my wife by now . Is your curiosity satisfied or do you have further questions ?"

But instead of feeling humiliated Maya had a cunning smile . Vishal had unintentionally played right in her hands .

Shnaya turned to see that Vikram had arrived and by the look on his face he had heard everything.
