I sat in one of the brown leather armchairs, cold and shivering. I had changed on the boat and I was still cold. I was probably going to die of hyperthermia before my first lesson. At least, I didn't go to a school in Alaska. It was nasty up there.

I sank into the armchair, against my will. Sometimes being slim and 5" 4' had its advantages, sinking into armchairs wasn't.

After a few minutes I tried to save myself.

I got out of it by struggling and sliding out. I landed in an ungraceful heap on the floor.

I got myself back up and sat on the sturdy oak table. Hopefully, this wouldn't break.

Laughter came from the lower left hallway and 4 boys came in laughing. The lead boy had warm brown eyes and chocolate brown hair. He looked liked he was on the rugby team, if his muscles arms and the abs that you could see under his t shirt, were anything to go by.

He bumped into my leg and carried on walking. One of the boys looked at me and mouthed 'sorry', but Mr Rugby didn't seem to care. Rude much?

"Excuse me!?" I yelled, standing up.

Mr rugby turned round and flashed me a thousand watt smile. It didn't work though. Not anymore.

"You can't just nearly trip over someone and walk off without at least apologising!" I shouted at him.

Mr Rugby looked taken aback but walked towards me.

"Blair, right?" He asked. I nodded, giving him a once over.

"I'm Oliver Eastwood, Ronan's best friend. My friends call me Ollie but you can call me Ollie too." Ollie said. I smiled at him, blushing.

I mentally slapped myself. I wasn't going to blush after he'd just tripped over me.

"Ronan's never mentioned you and is that how you get with girls because it doesn't really work," I told him.

My cousin only ever mentioned Charlotte. He laughed.

It was melodic. I could listen to it forever.

"Probably too busy talking about Charlie and I have better ways of getting girls." He said.

I nodded, this must be Ronan's friend. Only Ronan's friends knew Charlotte's nickname. At least, I thought. His other comment seemed aimed at me and I got uncomfortable.

Suddenly the air dropped 20 degrees. Ollie's face hardened with disgust. Wow.

"Lucas." He said without turning round.

A boy with chestnut coloured, chic casual styled, hair and icy blue eyes walked in. He ,like Ollie, had a lot of muscles and his t-shirt was tight enough to show his abs.

He had a strong, sturdy jaw that was ,in this moment, set in a malicious smile. I expected the smile to run chills down my spine but it just made me more curious about him.

He kept his eyes on Ollie, who wore a frown. The boys around Ollie scrambled away and I had to dodge them as they ran for the corridor behind me.

"Eastwood." Lucas answered. Lucas obviously thought that Ollie hadn't got enough respect to be called by his first name.

These guys were obviously holding a grudge or something, If the sudden temperature change was anything to go by.

"What do you want?" Ollie asked, coldly.

Either pleasantries weren't a thing here or Lucas and Ollie hated each other's guts. I was guessing it was the latter.

"I was just passing by," Lucas answered, innocently.

I'd only been here a few minutes and I could tell that that was a lie. Lucas looked like he wanted to rile Ollie up.

"Right. See you at rugby practice, Captain?" Ollie asked.

I nearly whistled. I's been here for 10 minutes and I'd seen more drama than I'd witnessed in the whole of gossip girl.

The word 'Captain' was said with such venom. If these guys were holding a grudge then it would annoy Ollie to call Lucas any form of authority.

Judging by Ollie's scrunched up face, it hurt a lot more than I'd thought. It was as if it was killing him.

"Sure, player," Lucas answered back. I could imagine him smirking and laughing about it later.

I couldn't see Ollie's expression as I was standing behind him but I could imagine he was seething. To call someone a lower authority figure, especially one that hated your guts, was going to hurt.

Ollie obviously did something because Lucas just smiled more. I had only just arrived at Métamorphe academy but I felt like I'd been here for 2 years.

"Also, get your paws of Sophia," A boy said, coming to stand next to Lucas.

He ,like Lucas and Ollie, must have been on the rugby team. Do I even need to repeat myself? The abs, muscles but this boy's jaw looked set in a scowl.

Somehow I thought that he smiled a lot more than Lucas. His chocolate hair covered his left eye a bit.

"Ben," Ollie greeted the boy. Ben nodded like they were old friends but it didn't take a genius to know that they weren't.

"You know his name! Would you like a pat on the back or a gold medal?" A boy with black hair and latino features said, coming to stand on Lucas's right. Again, rugby team. You get the gist of it.

It seemed that most of the boys at Métamorphe academy played rugby. The boy was cute and definitely my type but I wasn't drawn to him.

"I always prefer the gold medal," The boy commented to Ollie's scowl.

"Jacob. Always a pleasure." Ollie greeted the boy. Ollie's tone implied it was anything but a pleasure.

Lucas, Ben and Jacob must have been tight because they joined Lucas's verbal fight. Well, more like grudge reunion.

Ollie turned back to me and all three boys followed his gaze.

"See you around, Blair. Don't stick around with these losers."He told me, pointing at Lucas, Ben and Jacob. He walked off, leaving me alone with Lucas.

Lucas looked me over first. I resisted the urge to squirm. It felt like he was analysing me.

"Hey, I'm Jacob. That's Ben," Jacob said, pointing at Ben."-and you probably know Lucas."

I didn't comprehend his words as I looked into Lucas's icy eyes.

He stepped closer and I took a step back until my calves hit the oak table that I had been sitting on earlier.

He came closer, his face millimetres from mine. I felt the breath get sucked out of my lungs. I was in a storm of emotions but hated stood out among others. I ,for some reason, hated him.

My admiration and desire had been replaced with a deep loathing. My hands itched to punch him and I clutched my chest as my heart threatened to claw its way out of my body.

Then he said the one word that would make break me.

"Bella Axton."
