The fact that I let kai convince me into  venturing over to Portland to go clubbing really says a lot about his influence on me as of late.

On the other hand, it was a good thing. I didn't realise before that I needed to be shown how to have a good time and to not be so worried about consequences. I'd have to repay the Gemini somehow.

"I can't believe you're both going out with just the two of you. Won't it be rather boring?"

"Rebekah we literally went to a karaoke bar with just you and I and it wasn't boring. Besides, I plan on letting loose completely if you know what I mean", I exaggerated over the phone to the blonde.

"You mean to tell me Lyla Tilbury is going to get drunk tonight? Did I hear that right?"

"Hey how is that so hard to believe? I'm almost offended here bex", I teased while I finished up getting ready for the night.

"Joking! Well, I hope you two lovebirds have fun. Call me tomorrow to fill me in wont you?"

"I certainly will, say hi to your brother for me-"

"Which one?", Rebekah teased profoundly.

"GOODBYE Rebekah", I laughed before hanging up the call.

I missed the original. It was nice to still be in contact over the phone, but it wasn't the same as hanging out with her in person. It made me thankful for having a friend at all, considering I didn't exactly have any growing up.

I gave myself one last look in the mirror before heading downstairs. I chose a short red bodycon that stuck to my physique tightly. I kind of wanted to shock the siphon with my bold choice of attire. Those kind of reactions from Kai made your cheeks burn with lust. I craved it, and him.

Just as I was fixing my long locks, there was a light knock on the guest bedroom door. A wide grin quickly formed on my face, and I anxiously bit my bottom lip.

"Come in", I called out as I slipped into a pair of black heels.

"Hey, you ready-", Kai suddenly went silent and I glanced up to see what was wrong. He was staring. With the most desirable look of lust and admiration I've ever witnessed before. I felt heat creep up my neck, his reaction caught me off guard.

I decided to break the overwhelming silence first. "You look really handsome", I nervously gulped as I saw his eyes darken.

Without saying anything, Kai slowly approached my stance. He seemed to be taking in the sight of my attire with a studious look. Once he reached my anatomy, he placed a finger under my chin, causing me to glance up at his tensed stare.

"You look delicious", he spoke in a low voice.

I felt my heart thud in my chest, how does he still have this affect on me? It was consuming, the look of pure desire radiated from his exterior.

"I don't think I'll be able to control myself tonight blue eyes. You're the most stunning woman I've ever laid eyes on", he softly spoke into my ear before planting his reddening lips onto mine.

He pulled my waist into his body tightly, gripping his hands on either side so I was firmly up against his hardened bulge. If he kept this up, no one would be going to the club tonight.

"Kai", I managed to say in between rough kisses. -" the uber will be here any minute".

"Ugh, but you're too irresistible", he jokingly formed a pout.
