The Hangout

This day is the continuation of our adventure. It’s been a few weeks since our last adventure at Inflatable Island.

Today, I’m going to complete the eighth item on my "10 Things I Wish I Did Before I Die" list. So, for the eighth thing on my checklist is “To experience star gazing.” For this adventure, of course, my friends are with me, and our new friend, Earn.

“Yanni, can you remember what I told you last night? The one where we’re going to San Narciso today?” I asked.

“Oo naman, Tine  Nga pala, mauna na kayo sa byahe, tapos bandang hapon susunod ako” Yanni said.

I decided that we should do this adventure in San Narciso. Fajra told us that they owned a beach resort in San Narciso, so we agreed.

“Tine, sunduin mo ako ha? Thank youuu,l” Lona said.

“Guys, I already got our reservation. By the way, Mom told me that we don’t need to pay” Fajra said.

“Yown, grasya nga naman” Alana said.

“Earn told me that he’ll just follow because he still has things to do” Alizah said.

“Girls, what is the resort name again?” Alana asked.

“Crystal Beach Resort” Fajra said.

After our video call, I packed my things.  We’re going to stay overnight at the beach, of course, because we're going to stargaze at night, hahahaha.

We decided to leave by 3 pm so it wouldn’t be too hot.

“Dad, by 3 pm po kami aalis. Love youuu” I said.

“Take care, Tine. Love you too” Dad said.

Today, I wore a yellow floral candy dress. It's for the beach, HAHAHA. Then I braided my hair into a French style.

Last night, I thought about the revelation that happened between Earn and me. Actually, I didn’t expect that he was my childhood friend. After the revelation, we became closer as friends.

“Tine, nasa baba na sila Alana” Yanni said.

“Sige po, Yanni. Thank you” I said.

I got my bag and went downstairs.

“Yanni, alis na po kami” I said.

“Tine, wait. Kukuha lang ako ng fruits” Fajra said.

Right now, we’re using Fajra’s family van. It’s kind of big, so we can all fit in, five of us. Earn will be coming later. We picked up Lona from her place.

“Tinee, so truelaley ba yung chinika mo sa amin kagabi?” Alana started.

Last night, I told them that Earn and I knew each other when we were kids.

“Yes, we didn’t expect it” I said.

“So, ikaw pala yun, gurl. Dati, may nakita akong mini album sa kwarto ni Earn eh.  Mga pictures ng dalawang bata” Alizah said.

“I told yah, both of you are meant to be, yieeeee” Lona said.

While Fajra was just quiet, not because she had nothing to say, but her mouth was full of chocolate.

“Yes, Lona is right. Alam mo, noong nakita ka ni Earn sa Rancho, madalas na siyang mag-smile, HAHAHA. Hindi na niya ako sinusungitan, so Tine, thank you” Alizah said.

The five of us continued to chat while on the road.  A few hours passed and the three of them took a nap.  While Fajra and I were wide awake.

“Tine, what if Earn likes you?” Fajra asked.
