I looked up at him and said “I love you so much Luke.” He kissed me on the fore head “I love you too babe and nothing will change that. How about we go tell my mum?” I looked up at him “No why?” He laughed “Because my mum loves you and she will be mad at first but will get over it in 30 minutes or less.” “Really. Are you willing to make a bet on that?” “Yes if she gets over it within less than 30 minutes of you telling her, you have to tell your parents within a week and if she doesn't then i will be my brothers personal slave.” “Really. Ok your on.” We walked back to Luke's place. I know what i bargained for doesn't seem like much but his brothers would make his life hell, but only for a little while. When we got to Luke’s place his mum was cleaning up in the kitchen. “Hey guys what are you doing” Luke grabbed his mums hand and said “Mum come sit down. There is something we have to tell you.” She sat down as he said “Well me and Jess had sex and Jess is pregnant.” When he finished i looked at him completely shocked. I thought what the fuck just happened. She sat there in shock for 10 minutes before she walked into her room. I sat on the lounge and looked at Luke “That is how you broke it to her?” “Yeah she will be alright... i hope.” After 10 long minutes she came back out and sat back on the lounge. Luke and i stood up when she walked out. “So you are having Luke’s baby?” “Yes” “And how long have you been pregnant for” “Three weeks” “and how long have you known?” “A couple of days” “Do your parents know, Jess?” “No not yet. Beau and jai found out first though,” She took a big breath in and a big breath out. “Ok, I'm ok with this. As long as Jess is happy and healthy i have... no problem... with you being pregnant” She came over and gave us a very big hug and squeezed us tight. After a while of talking Luke said he was going to walk me home. “Hey mum i gonna walk Jess home ok” “Ok but be back soon I'm cooking dinner.” As we were walking we talked about our deal. “So you have to tell your parents.” “Yeah i might tell them on Sunday so that i get to go to school the next day and they don't kill me”
