“is that what you did to leo?” jai said with a smirk. i walked over to both of them and gave them a hard punch on the shoulder. throughout the night there were many jokes and many punches. 3 months passed

the twins were now 6 months old and my family in sydney kept bothering me about when i was going to see them again. we drove to sydney and the boys fell asleep in the car. it was a quick trip straight to my nan and pops. we got there right on time. my whole family was over for a bbq. my sister and dylan. my 2 aunties and uncles and 5 cousins. everyone was so surprised at how big they were and my nan stated to cry. she was upset how she thought i would only see her every 6 months. my nan loved having her family close. she didn't like losing anyone because when she was an orphan. after dinner we all sat around in the large lounge room and watched old home made videos. some videos being the most embarrassing and some being just plain funny. i put twins down next to my baby cousin who was 16 months. the three of them had a blast. my cousins just learnt to walk and my boys just learnt to crawl. they were all over the house with me chasing behind them. the next day was Saturday, which meant an early morning to watch all my cousins play their sports. back and forth. field to field all morning. my sister, dylan, josh, luke and i went out for lunch. we planned for than night we would go out to a club or two, so when i got back to my nan and pops i had to ask if they would mine lewis and leo. “nan are you busy tonight?” she paused

“no. pop and i aren't doing anything. why?”

“i was just wondering if you could mind leo and lewis tonight cause I'm going out with jas”

she looked at me in shock. “oh course. even if i had stuff on i would cancel it. i only get to see them every 6 months” i rolled my eyes and smiled. that night was so much fun. my sister and i dance and drank most of the time but not as much as luke. he was so funny when he was drunk. josh got drunk with him. they were like best buddies.
