“so i found out about what happened and i remembered something.”
“what did you remember?”
“luke and holly went out for a week and during that time they did.. well do it and when they were... doing it i accidentally walked in on them.”
“does luke know?”
“no he did see me but holly did. anyway they went out on the weekend we went on holiday. that why it looked like a hotel.” there was a long silence. “trust me, i wouldn't lie about something like this. luke doesn't know because i didn't tell him. but I'm sure if you said that in front of holly and she will start playing with her hair.”
“playing with her hair?” i pulled a face.
“yeah thats what she does when she is lying. always with out a doubt and she doesn't know she does it” we both laughed and thats when i remember when i saw her in the park she did play with her hair. my laugh turned into a cry. jai walked over and hugged me “don't worry. holly is a manipulating bitch.” i started to laugh again. as i looked up at jai i gave him another big hug. “thank you so much jai.” i let go and got my phone “do you mind minding the boy? i have to meet that bitch and luke”
“not a problem”
“thank you” i walked out the door into the street and called luke after a few ring luke answered “jess?”
“hey luke” as soon as i said hey he just went on and on and i could hear what he was saying. “luke shut up for a sec ok.” there was silence “can you and ... holly meet me at the park now?”
“yeah ok. i will call her now. oh and jess. i love you” i tear ran down my face.
“ok, bye” i hung the phone up and walked to the park. i was a bit nervous. nervous about holly, nervous about seeing luke. my heart started to beat faster and i got closer.
