“of course i would come. we have planned everything out.”
“I'm just so happy your here” she hugged me again. we she finally let go i hugged my pop. “glad to have you back”
“is my bauble on the tree?”
“yeah just in case”
“well i have some more to put up” i smiled and lifted the twins baubles. she laughed “at the bottom of the tree they go” we all smile. my nan and pop took one twin each. luke wrapped his arm around me as we walked in. we put all three baubles on the tree and had dinner. we put the presents under the tree and went to bed. two days passed and it was finally christmas morning. when i woke up every one was still asleep. i slowly rolled over and looked at luke. “luke?” he kept his eye close and with a sleep voice he said
“yeah”
“you tired babe”
“na just give me a sec to wake up” i smiled and started kissing him all over his face. every kiss he would try and move his face until he said “ok I'm up” i laughed as he pulled me on top of him. he started kissing me on the lips when the twins woke up. “dada”
“hey buddies, guess what?” they both stuck their arms in the air. “its christmas” i started clapping softy. the twins clapped louder and laugh at the top of their lungs. i looked back at luke “merry christmas”
“merry christmas babe” he gave me one more kiss before my nan and pop walked in “merry christmas grand children and great grand children” she took both the twin into the kitchen. my pop made a big breakfast and we all ate together. we had to wait an hour before the other members of my family to arrive so my pop ended up showing videos from when i was little. videos of other christmas’s, birthdays and when i played sport. through out every video they played i got embarrassed and luke just laughed.
