He pulled away and throw the bucket of water on me. we were both completely wet and the sun was hiding behind the cloud so it was starting to get cold. we went in side and the others soon followed. we all sat and just watched tv for the rest of the afternoon. jai drove sam home. as soon as they left it started to rain. i had a warm shower and washed my hair. when i got out beau was going over alex’s house, so i made dinner for luke and jai. it was pelting down. all i could here was the rain hitting the roof. it was hard for me to get to sleep that night. i was laying with luke, tossing and turning. he tapped me on the shoulder and said “hey, having trouble sleeping” i nodded my head up and down.
“wanna know my secret?” i again nodded my head up and down. he pulled the covers over our head and i laughed. “this is it?” he laughed and gave me a kiss. i pulled him closer and we started to laugh. he had his big arm wrapped around me tight. i fell asleep in his arm, but i could still feel him kissing my forehead. without me realizing 2 months had flown by.
2 really important things happened in those 2 months and i was getting fatter by the day. i did have another ultrasound and decided our baby’s name. the gel wasn't as cold as it was last time and luke was the only one with me. when the doctor came in and scanned my stomach, she froze a picture of our baby. i grabbed luke hand and squeezed it tight. “whats... whats wrong with my baby?” i was so scared i didn't know what i was seeing on that screen. “well from what it looks like you have ... two healthy baby... boys.” at the same time me and luke said “two?”
“yes you are having twin boys. the other baby must have been smaller so it didn't apear on the monitor.” luke and i went back to my sisters place. the whole drive home we were both silent. we both walked into the house silent. my sister and dylan were both working late tonight. we even had dinner in total silence. until i asked.
