Chris' POV

I climbed into the car and slammed the door- "ah fuck man" the rough voice of my dear friend Sebastian grunted. But I smirked knowing just how rough he was probably feeling this morning. "Morning Seb!" I yelled cheerily to him as I turned in my seat to greet him. Hand over his eyes, nipping the bridge of his nose he winced. "is it still only morning?" he grimaced as the car set off. Mackie- from the front seat snorted. "teaches ya for thinkin' you could drink with the cool kids last night huh" he sent us an amused grin. I couldn't help but chuckle. "I was only out for a few rounds" Sebastian groaned. "of shots dude! c'mon..." Mackie sniggered before turning back around. "I don't even remember where we are" Seb sighed.

"San Diego" I laughed, glancing out of the window, seeing we had arrived at our destination. "I still don't get why we have to take a car here- the hotel is literally a 2 minute car journey" I thought aloud. "don't be crazy Evans" Sebastian mumbled. "we'd get swamped on the walk here" he sighed. I sighed as I took in the sight out of my window. hundreds of fans were already lining the street waiting to be allowed inside. "I know, I know, but- it's all those people that didn't get tickets to the panel or- or can't afford the meet and greet. Just to give them a little something" I replied watching as we slowly moved by them all patiently waiting by the barriers. "ya give em somethin' Cap and they try and take it all!" Mackie laughed, distracting me from my thoughts. I rubbed my hand through my beard as I looked back at my friends and co-stars. We'd done these things a million times over and they were as fun as hell for the most part. But I still got nervous, anxious even- never knowing what to completely expect...

LUCY'S POV

"Remind me again why we're here?" I grumbled as we finally made it into the building behind some rather interesting (odd) looking fancy dress costumes some guys were wearing in front of us. "oh c'mon Luce, lighten up!" Charlie snorted rolling her eyes at me. "It's Comic-Con! You're with your bestie and about to meet some of the hottest guys in the universe!" she gushed at me, nudging me in the side. I raised a brow at her, "Yeah 'cause spandex is sexy..."

"Why am I even friends with you?!" Charlie said, giving me a side ward glance. "Because I'm so chirpy" I flashed a sarcastic grin at her. "Hmm. Well you better get that stick out your ass when we get up to them" she replied, grabbing my arm too tightly as she hurried us on over to wherever in the hell she was taking me...

"I can't actually believe you got me up this freaking early just to meet a bunch of actors who will forget us the second we've walked passed." I half muttered at her, feeling majorly out of my comfort zone here. But Charlie wasn't listening. She had a knack of shutting me out whenever I was bitching or complaining. I figured it was a talent she'd procured from all the years of knowing me- she knew just when to butt in and "hey look! There's a Legend of Zelda section over there!" She interrupted my ponderings yet (ironically) my ears pricked up at her comment. I craned my neck over the crowds and saw she was indeed correct. "yeah well...I guess not all is lost..." I smirked and she snorted at me. "you know you love it when I drag you to things you hate- yet secretly have the best time!" she grabbed my arm and squeezed me before letting out an excited giggle. She was becoming more and more unbearable the closer we got to the front of the line...

CHRIS' POV

"You feeling a lot better now pal?" I grinned, slapping Seb on the back. He lurched forward as he chugged down half a bottle of water. Giving me a side eye he hummed. "Hear all those screaming girls there Stan" Paul nudged him. "my head is still thumping" Seb replied indicating it with his hands. "I just pray these Advil start working Pronto" he huffed smoothing down his hair as I noticed they began to let the first few fans in.
