Namjoon took Natasha to the river that was behind the house. They both sat down on a big rock and listened to the sound of the river.

"It's peaceful here." Natasha said in a low voice.

"Yes. I often come here alone to think."

"What are you thinking about?" she asked turning her head to see him. She felt how sad he was, she wondered why.

"Stuff. Who I am, where am I headed." He answered, avoiding her gaze.

Natasha sighted. "All the good questions."

"Do you ever think about this?"

Natasha sighted again and leaned her head on his shoulder. "Sometimes."

"I wonder why it's easier to talk to you, rather than my friends."

Natasha shrugged. "Sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger, even if they judge, the possibility of not seeing them again, makes it easier to confess."

"That night, when we kissed for the first time, keeps replaying in my mind." He took a deep breath, trying to remember her exact words. "You said that you want to disappear from the face of the earth. Why?"

"Don't we all? Can't a person just get to a point where he gets tired and wants everything to end?"

"You got a point."

"I think we are more alike than meets the eye."

"How so?" He hardly saw any similarities. While she was free to smile, he was compelled not to. Where she was free to wear her emotions on her sleeve, he couldn't even know what were those feelings he had.

"We both have responsibilities, we both want to protect the people we care about, and above all, we both have secrets."

Namjoon smiled, but his smile did not reach his eyes.

"Why are you always sad?" Natasha turned around to face him.

"I can't say that I'm sad. I just have issues expressing my feelings. I'm not always sure what I'm feeling."

Her eyes started glowing, and she clapped her hands. "Yey... I'm not the only one."

He stared at her in confusion. "You have the same issues?"

"Yeah. I believe this is because I've shut down my feelings for too long, and now it's hard for me to figure them out. I told you, we have more in common than you think. What do you feel right now?"

"You first."

"Well, I'm calm... I don't know if it's you, the river or the sounds of nature, but something makes me calm, at peace."

"Weird enough, I feel the same. Can I... no, sorry." He lowered his head, and his cheeks turned bright red.

"Don't." she rose his head with her hand and forced him to look at her. "Do not hide away from me. It makes it impossible for me to read you."

"I've never been with a woman like this." He finally admitted, even if she would make fun of him, it was a risk he was willing to take. He was surprised to see her smile.

"To tell you the truth... It has been years since I allowed a man to touch me."

"I've never kissed a woman until you came along."

"And you kissed me twice. We're making a progress." A small smile spread on her face.

There was a question that was burning him in the back of his mind. He had to know. "What made you become the person you are today?"
